I attended a training session hosted at the Marriott earlier this week. The staff were very professional and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. It made the training a great experience!

DO NOT BLOCK ROOMS HERE. The way the Marriott chooses to run their business is appalling, and the worst hotel service I have ever encountered. In October, we blocked off 30+ rooms for our wedding in August because we have almost all out-of-town guests. We went to the Marriott, worked with the people there, and signed the paperwork. This was all done 10 months in advance of my wedding. All of our guests were told to book their room at the Marriott, as this is on the website, and all the invitations. This Wednesday, with only 40 days left before my wedding, we are notified that the Marriott CANCELED our entire block and gave ALL of our rooms to someone else. I am absolutely out of luck. The lady on the phone just kept saying check your contract we reserve the right to cancel our blocks at any time. This could not be more disappointing. The entire point of a block is to have rooms reserved, so that 40 days out, my guests will have somewhere to stay. The fact that the Marriott canceled my block with this short notice, and that my time and the contract mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is indescribably frustrating and absolutely the worst business you could ask for when trying to plan your wedding. DO NOT BLOCK ROOMS HERE FOR ANY REASON. Choose to have your wedding guests or any other guests stay anywhere else.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We stayed there for a soccer tournament and we couldn't eat as a team in the lobby due to them having their own restaurant and had to sit on the 2nd floor floor due to the rooms they did have for groups were already full with other teams.

The Beds/Bathroom were light years ahead of a much needed rennovation of the wall paper rooms facility and grounds. It must of been the bees knees in the 90s. My entire stay was never greeted by staff.

We booked for a single night through Orbits. The room itself was decent and came with a few more options than expected. The only issue I had is with how tiny the bathroom was. It was so small the door hit my knees when sitting on the toilet. So you can only imagine how hard it is to get into the shower while someones going to the bathroom.

I've stayed here quite a few times, and normally it's a great experience. However, this time I was very disappointed. I understand that the COVID-19 issue has its challenges, but I was told upon booking in May that the bar and restaurant would be open with limited by June 1st, and they were not. If I needed anything besides a bottled drink or candy bar, I had to go elsewhere. ZERO food/drink services available, which is what attracts me to this hotel in the first place. It also looked like the grounds had not been tended to all year. Honestly, you don't need to social distance to cut the grass and keep your place looking nice. I hope you guys can fully open again soon.

Lots of pillows but they go super flat so you need all four. Stuff is over expensive like all hotels. It is clean. Pool is nice. Business center also good. Water pressure good. View out any direction not very good.

I attended a private event for dinner. The restaurant was empty and yet our meals came out so staggered some were finished before two people received their food (there were 17 of us). A couple of meals came out cold. The checks were inaccurate and the poor waitress seemed harried and didn't have help. The food was good, the glass of wine I had was bad, obviously from a bottle that had been opened too long ago. Overall, we had a good time with our family but the meal and experience was disappointing.

Nice place but a little dated.

Nice place but a little dated.
Very cool building that is large & open with a lot to look at.
Main Lobby & public space is awesome!
They have TONS of meeting space for all your needs.
Place does need a little updating though.
Main entrance doors were broke & looked like they had been for a while.
Rooms are in need of a brand update (coming soon) but they are very spacious & well-maintained.
Overall, everything is very clean & presentable.

Stayed at this hotel this past weekend for a wedding because the other major brand that we normally frequent was booked solid 6 months out due to a baseball tournament. The rooms were adequate, but very dated and everything in the room was showing much wear. The pull-out couch's blankets had holes in it and the mini fridge was missing the knob to be able to control the temp inside. Therefore, the best we could do was lukewarm or frozen. The suite had two separate air conditioning controls (one for the living room and one for the bedroom) which would have been nice, but the bedroom air conditioning unit seemed to be broken. The bathroom was small and hard to maneuver in and did not have a working fan which is disappointing. The TV services available were lacking and overall it was just an "OK" hotel. We were on the fourth floor and heard doors slamming and kids running around screaming well into the night.
When we went downstairs for breakfast on Sunday morning we found that no one but us was following the rules of "waiting to be seated" which caused issues in flow through the overpriced buffet. The pool/hot tub area was average sized but the tile around the pool was borderline hazardous with how slippery it was when wet...which it always is since it is around a POOL! Also, the pool was overrun with tweenagers that were unsupervised and made it difficult for my family and I (with two small children) to safely enjoy the pool area. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had to, but it would be adequate for a short overnight stay if you aren't looking for something that you will be in for long periods of time and that is overpriced for what you get.

The ballroom was a very nice space with pleasant decor. The room was warm though and it seemed like the climate control was not functional. The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Good parking opportunities.
