Centrally located with friendly staff. The hotel is under some renovations that would be really lovely once they're completed. My room was not yet updated, but I still enjoyed my stay.

We just ate at the restaurant before we went to Phantom of the Opera. The food and service were good.

The rooms are remodeled, very nice. It should also have open the door of the reception of the 2nd tower.

The Kansas City Downtown Marriott always provides good and prompt service. My only issue on this trip was that there was no warm water in the shower. They were hosting a huge conference so that may have been why.

The rooms are nice but we didn t get our room cleaned or bed made in the 5 nights we stayed. Covid or no Covid room service would have been nice.

Normally we have a wonderful stay here but this time the service wasn't the best no one really cared about the issues and the rooms weren't up to par.

Drink were good, they had slight variations on classics. Food was all good, some very good. A little expensive.

Proffesional, good service, and comfortable rooms. TV can play youtube, hulu, and netflix. Has free Internet.
