Best network I have ever seen. I was in the business college (Accounting and Finance) and had multiple competitive offers well before I graduated. The education, professors, amount of things to do, and placement office are top notch. It costs a lot, but the results speak for themselves. I now have access to a network that rivals or exceeds anything I have seen. If you get the chance and you are in a business area, you should seriously go here.

Best school ever! I have 2 degrees from Marquette and had such a wonderful learning and growing experience at this fine University. The winters are rough, but the MU teachers and students make up for it. The education is stellar, and I have so many fond memories and fun times at my school!. MU forever....

I am currently a sophomore at Marquette University and LOVE it. There are insane amounts of groups you can take part in, and, for the most part, the people are pretty friendly. If you're worried about safety, DPS is very attentive and always on the look-out, and on-campus shuttles, called LIMO's, run from 5-3 every day, 365 days a year. Not to mention the professors are (mostly) brilliant and easy to work with. I highly recommend Marquette, and hope to see you here!

We visited for the whole architectural experience, and there is plenty of that. The campus is very nice and you can experience the entire areas in a short period of time. A highlight of the visit was the Joan of Arc Chapel that is on campus grounds. It was moved from France and reassembled in Milwaukee.

It's a pleasant stroll and if you are looking to occupy some time I suggest it you will not be disappointed.

I got my MBA from Marquette in January of 2014. I did the co-hort program, which was beyond anything I expected. The level of student that is drawn to their off-site MBA programs is a VERY high caliber. All professors except for one were outstanding. I would recommend this program for value and quality at the highest ratings possible. Thank you Marquette for making me strategic, a better problem solver, and critical thinker. I now try and 'set the world on fire' every day. Go Marquette!!!

This is a terrible school that doesn't tolerate any views from conservative perspectives. This is another joke of an institute that has lost its mind and is ruled by political correctness and it's poisen.

I am not a big fan of the location. Certain elements of the city are concerning and somewhat scary and intimidating for me. However, the Jesuit education and what I hope to accomplish with my advanced degree once I graduate make this top notch university an excellent choice.

I decided to transfer. Minimal funding for the humanities, so if your want to major in English, philosophy, history, etc maybe consider transferring for the sake of your education. I'm not exaggerating either- some of the adjuncts who work here have even told me to do this. The student body and some of the staff are incredibly arrogant, rude, and competitive. You will be stereotyped based off of where you come from- especially if you are from Illinois. I found that the people here don't try and get to know you for who you really are, even considering the fact that both you and them ended up at the same university. When I told my advisor I was planning on transferring, he scoffed and told me "Transfer wherever the h*** you want, my commission won't be affected" and then proceeded to tell me he had no clue how the transfer process worked, scoffed at me again, and told me "good luck". The dorm food is low quality, and to eat healthy you basically have to risk your life by crossing an on-ramp to the highway to get to Straz aka the dorm with the healthy food. There isn't much to do in the college town, and Milwaukee is a lot further away and more unsafe to get to than how the brochures portray it.

I graduated a few months ago and if I could re-do college, I'd do it the same way. Marquette is one of the most amazing places. The university, as well as Milwaukee, will always be near in my heart. I look forward to going back and visiting when I can. Milwaukee is an absolutely underrated town. I'd recommend Marquette University to any and everyone.

We are Marquette!

For a college that claims a "Christian" background and theology classes, they are very far from what you would expect at such a college. One of the most uber-liberal, overpriced and pretentious colleges out there. The liberal professors brainwash the students into their liberal way of thinking and push them into protesting on their behalf and for their beliefs. If you love liberals and cry baby millennial snowflakes, maybe this pathetic excuse for a college is right for you. If you are a *real* Christian, not so much.

I just graduated in May 2014, I could not be more grateful for the experience Marquette provided me over the last 4 years.

It contains the great campus community of a large school while having the city of Milwaukee in walking distance for an endless amount of activities for weekends.

The graduation and job rates are over 50% greater for MU grads compared to many of the local in-state schools, it's well worth the money. Do not let the high price tag published online scare you away, over 90% of students receive a scholarship starting freshman year.

I have taken one class here and I have visited multiple times to pray at Gesu parish and at the St. Joan of Arc chapel. I gave three stars because the university itself doesn't always coincide with the Christian tradition and there are multiple stories of crime and blatant disrespect from students. The St. Joan of Arc chapel is unique since it was transplanted in Milwaukee from France. There is a rock in this chapel that St. Joan of Arc prayed on and thus is one of the only known relics of St. Joan of Arc besides her martyrdom site in France where she was burned at the stake. Gesu Parish is known for its evening Mass on Sunday nights and the multiple times for Confession - possibly one of the highest amount of Confession availability of the entire Archdiocese besides Holy Hill. The University also holds original copies of JRR Tolkien in the library and has its own art museum.

My opinion is the mean of bias for, and against the quality of this fine institution. Nevertheless, had I modeled my conception for Monte Carlo simulation, it may settle at an irrational number of stars slightly above 4.

Marquette offers a great college experience and a fantastic education for well rounded young adults. Marquette is located in a fun city that is going through a healthy revival with a large community of people under 40 deciding to live in the city instead the the burbs. It's a Jesuit school, so the school and students are more conservative than public land-grant universities. We were impressed with the indications of community service, tolerance, and good works that we observed practically everywhere we looked. It was the only school we saw that had postings on their student boards for volunteer work and community service. Marquette also offers deep academic resources. Strong Alumni organization.
