Staff was very nice and were very accommodating. I haven t ordered my prints yet. I still need to make an ordering appointment. But so far so good.

Christmas City took great pics of my daughter and they are very professional!

I took my daugher here for her Senior Portraits on 08/04/18 and I was in tears not only about my daughter going to be graduating this but the beautiful job the photographer did. Very Creative and Gorgous Job! I am definitely happy we did the Studio rather than just going to the school when Christmas City Studio was going to be there. So much more options with the back drops!!!

We booked my daughter's Senior Portraits appointment online for a studio session in Bethlehem. We arrived on time and they took us right away. The photographer was very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter hates having her pictures taken so having a friendly photographer was perfect. He let us viewed the proofs right away on screen and asked if we were happy with the results. Once we received the proofs in the mail we had a tough time deciding which ones to buy and which one to select as her yearbook photo since there were so many great shots! Overall, our experience was easy and everyone was friendly and informative.

This is our second time using Christmas City Studios for graduation/yearbook photos and we were again pleased with our experience. Our appointments started on time, the photographer was helpful in picking backgrounds and getting the perfect shots. Our daughter's photos are exactly what we were looking to have, and we're excited to frame and display them once they are processed. In this time of Covid-19, I feel it is important to note that not only were all guidelines followed in distancing and masks, but the cap, tassel, and gown our daughter wore was immediately put in a special sealed container for cleaning. Considering the rate of infection right now, I was very pleased with their extra efforts in keeping things clean for each student coming in for photos. Thanks again for helping us document this milestone in our lives, Christmas City Studios!

Had an amazing experience there yesterday. Anwar was our photographer and he was absolutely amazing he made the experience for my son and I so relaxed and fun, would definitely recommend them!

My daughter's Senior portraits were taken @ Christmas City about 2 weeks ago. Her photographer was both very calm & super sweet and was successfully able to make my teen smile...a challenging feat by itself...lol! Overall, experience was terrific and pictures turned out gorgeous!

I went to get my pictures taken and Courtney was my photographer and she was very nice and made sure my hair and my necklace were positioned perfectly , we had a great conversation and overall it was a very nice experience

This is my families second time getting a photo session at Christmas City Studio at their PA location. This time for my younger son. Both times the photographers were professional and on time. We said we like outside photos and the photographer made sure we spent extra time outside. My son was able to change his outfit four times. They gave him a private room to change in.

I did not know what to expect when I arrived to take my senior portraits but the photographer was very helpful and made the process very easy! If I ever need any pictures taken I know where I am going!

We had beautiful family holiday pictures done here last week. Our photographer was excellent, especially with our youngest son (age 4), who is autistic & difficult to photograph. He seemed to know all the right things to do. He let him see every picture after taking it and even let him take a few pictures himself. He gave him a high five after every photo which was very motivating & encouraging to our son. It is not often our son engages with a new person so readily, so I was very impressed! The above & beyond effort our photographer made was really just so appreciated and made it such a fun & stress-free experience for us. We all had a blast & it shows in our photos! Our proofs were emailed the next day and the buying process was quick & simple. We loved sharing them with our family & friends. As a side note, Christmas City also does my older son's school pictures and his picture this year turned out amazing. We are happy customers!

This company handled my son's senior portraits. When the photographer took his portraits at school they put a jacket on my son that was 6 times his size. When my son told me about it I immediately called to have retakes done in the studio. The day that I arrived at the studio for my appointment, I was 15 mins early. I had to wait over an half an hour pass my scheduled time for the photographer. The photographer was great I must say and did apologize. The real problem came in when it was time for me to view the photos online. I called several times to get access to the online gallery and each time I was told that it would be done within a day. That wasn't the case. After going back and forth with them several times and receiving several emails saying that my online gallery is now available, I check but the only pictures that was added was the original pictures that my son took at school with the over sized jacket on. I called them again, only to get another excuse that they hadn't fixed the problem and they are working on it. I'm not sure why they didn't upload all of his photos at one time since they uploaded the photos with the oversize jacket that wasn't apart of the gallery in the first place. The lady that answered the phone seemed to not care at all. Her only response was I'll call you when they uploaded all the pictures. I would give this place negative stars if I could. There customer service sucks! There are other photography studios in the Valley that provide better service. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

We had our Senior picture session this week and it was wonderful. The staff was very professional and courteous. We did not have to wait long at all to get them taken. I definitely recommend this studio over Dan's Camera.

I came to their office to get my dance and senior pictures done and i absolutely loved them, pricing is very expensive and didnt get to purchase any of my photos, but overall ny experience there was great you can also get family photos or birthday photos it was great.

The staff at Christmas City Studios are wonderful! I've had three children go through school, sports and now senior pictures with Christmas City and they are always professional, helpful and very accommodating with scheduling! We would highly recommend them!!

My son just had senior photos taken in studio this week. Haven't yet seen the proofs. So far our experience has been a positive one. Very easy to choose appointment time, they follow up with reminders and were ready when we arrived. They put a lot of attention to composing the pictures you would like. No pressure to use props or backgrounds that are not to your taste. Overall a very comfortable and relaxed session. Would recommend.

I have had more problems with them then anyone should. Year after year ... one year the picture had a huge dot on my kids face looked like a mole, anther the one pic came with a big crease the next they shorted me on pics and sent the pics home with a reflection on her glasses. All these things were their error and they ask you to drive all the way to them to return the pics. Awful customer service imo.

We just received our online gallery and wow the pictures are great it is hard to decide. Everyone was so friendly and our photographer was really awesome and had such great attention to detail. We were very pleased with our experience. We remember also when our senior had his very 1st picture when he was in 3 year old pre-school we loved that picture too and cherish it to this day.

this particular establishment was uncooperative with me when I went to do business with them they gave us the runaround and then they start charging us extra at least that's how I feel that's the reason why they got that one star they tell you one thing and it they actually mean another and I called that double standard

This is our 3rd visit to Christmas City Studio with our 3rd daughter. We always choose the 3 outfit photo session and always have plenty of time. The staff is SUPERB and are extremely professional. You will never be disappointed at Christmas City Studio.

I feel this business needs a LOT administrative/office help. Their photos are good quality but their service SUCKS!! I have a son who is a senior and my other son is a sophomore. I have had to deal with MANY issues over the years including school portraits arriving late when all of the other students have already received theirs. The latest issue was picking up my son s senior portraits package. His father and I ordered separately as we are divorced. There was no distinction between orders other package size and portraits chosen. Well, wouldn t you know it...when his father picked up what he thought was his portrait package they gave him mine. Seriously? You couldn t see there was more than one order for the same student?

We had a marvelous photographer. They really went above and beyond with our sons graduation session. We were dressed "hawaiian style" as he would have if we were back home but found out the school would not allow it for the year book. No worries though as they had jackets and ties there. They still did the pictures we wanted so we could buy them.

Horrible school photos. They took no time adjust my child's hair. She's 9 and would have been totally capable of brushing her hair if given the chance. Instead they just sat her down, snapped a quick shot with her hair all out of place with tons of fly-aways sticking out, and all over her face, and then moved on to the next kid. There's more to taking a photo than just pressing the shutter and collecting the money.

The workers gave excellent assistance when I needed help setting up my appointment due to computer error. When I went for my appointment, they did all the safety measures before starting the session and in the end, they sanitized the properties. Overall, I would like to say that Christmas City Studios provided excellent service.

My son is a Senior this year and was dreading the portrait session, but the photographer put him at ease and got a lot of great images capturing his personality. After we left he said to me, "I actually had a good time posing for the pictures and it was even kind of fun." Thanks for the positive experience, can't wait to get them framed for display in our home.

Prices are outrageous for just a few pics! I guess us parents are stuck paying whatever this business is asking for because we dont have a choice who takes our kids senior pics and who has the contract with the school district. Its got to be about a 1000 % mark up on the final product. Shaking my head because thats not right

Very unprofessional company. Photo quality is just OK. Not worth the price and certainly not worth preparing for. Our entire community has had issues for years receiving our school photos and when they finally arrive, we have to pay extra postage because Christmas City never pays enough postage. If your school uses this studio, I recommend taking your own photos or hiring a professional.

3 years running they have screwed up my order and my exwifes order. Tired of having to chase this company down to figure out what they did wrong and to have my packages redone and sent out. You would think once would be enough, but no 3 years running now. Will wait and see if my stuff arrives and come correctly. I have a feeling I will be coming into the offices soon to get this all straightened out even more. Edit. I wish I could give this company negative stars. Linda is an absolute train wreck when it comes to assisting customers and resolving problems. I wonder if Rob is going to be any better? I will be petitioning East Penn School District as well as local youth leagues to coincider other vendors for pictures in the future.

Matt and Rob have created a photography business that is well known in and beyond The Bethlehem Community. They do a fantastic job on school, family, web, sports and business professional shoots. Their photographers are creative with props, clothing, outdoor areas and poses to deliver the most unique photos. In addition, I like that they offer the opportunity to have your photos placed on a disc. I had Professional Business Pictures done and they came out GREAT!! Christmas City is easy to work with, has reasonable prices and are absolute Professionals. Please LIKE, RATE & FOLLOW ME....

I didn't know what to expect when I walked into this studio with my son to have his senior portraits taken, but I was amazed with the quality and professionalism. Ryan did an excellent job creating the setup and guiding my son with the postures. It was a great experience and I can't wait to share those pictures with our family!

It pains me to write this review, but after placing an order for a digital print almost 3 months ago, and being charged for shipping (I was refunded after requesting a refund since the print wasn't being mailed), I still haven't received the digital print of my son's school photo. A digital print should download automatically. Maybe you'll wait a day or two. But 3 months? I paid more for the digital print than I would have if I purchased a package. I called today to see what was holding up the process. I didn't receive an apology or an explanation. I was told they would probably email me sometime next week. This is not acceptable. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but given the circumstances (and seeing that this situation has happened to other customers), I felt compelled to do so. I hope I get my son's digital print soon.
