Pastor James is AWESOME...He makes me understand what the words in the Bible are saying...in his own way and I love him and ALL of the people who attend on Sundays....They All make me feel needed and wanted, Through the Word of Jesus and the Holy Spirit....There's just SO MUCH MORE to say....I LOVE God...and I'm learning to keep myself living the way I'm suppose to....AMEN

I got there at the end of the service, so I not qualified to say, But in John 3:16 it say's "For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whosoever beliefs in him shall not perish but have everlasting life". There were many people there. And according to the Holy Bible if you have Faith in JESUS CHRIST Our Lord and SAVIOR you can move mountains. The chapel is only one part of the CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST. Harvest is not a church but a business. And they will protect themselves and their business over any person attending.

This church is very welcoming. They preach the Bible without apology. They worship Christ. They serve others in need. This day we were collecting food to be distributed to families in need for Thanksgiving.

My experience is that at rolling meadows its probably the biggest out of the harvest bible chapels anywhere and at Niles,we had some construction lately and our new church is very nice and big,but the best part is that we can start praising our god in a new church and if james macdonald has lecraes number tell him whats up brother. I have attended Harvest for more than 8 years. They have many opportunities for adults, children and people with disabilities. We are a diverse congregation and welcome everyone. I am happy to serve as an Usher and at the Food Pantry. Though we are going through troubling times, our church is the body of people who attend and serve because we love the Lord. We will continue to welcome, praise and lift up the Lord trusting in his word.

No matter what you hear in the news, this church is truly biblically rooted and filled with great people who want to worship!

When my wife and I moved here 3 years ago, we were looking for a church that preached the word of God without reservation. We were greatly pleased when we discovered Harvest Bible Chapel. It has been a blessing these last 3 years to hear great preaching week in and week out as well as great praise music. Thanks Harvest for being obedient to God and His word.

I love going there every week. It's spiritually awakening and uplifting. The music is awesome.

The final days we need to preach bible truth. Because of bible truth preaching I love it.

Harvest is deleting comments on FB so I'll write this on Google too. My family would like to be added to the peacemaking process list. We sent a letter years ago addressing our issues, but it was ignored.

We first started attending over 5 years ago and loved it. We were challenged in our Christian faith and have grown tremendously. Pastor James MacDonald is a powerful preacher, taking you through the Bible verse by verse which we came to love. The music is great but very loud which can take away from the message of the songs.

The reason we can only give Harvest Bible Chapel 2 stars is that as of today they are over $60 million dollars in debt which was not disclosed to the congregation. Pastor James is blaming everyone else for the debt though he has 50% of the voting power. We wanted to stay and grow with our family at Harvest but when you can't trust the Shepard it's hard.

We pray that Pastor James MacDonald confronts these issues within his heart. If he becomes the Shepard again leading his flock in a Biblical Christ like manor, where money and power are not an idol to Harvest we will remove this review and put praises for the regenerated Christ has made within this Church!

The pastor is very mean named Landon. he accused poor children of doing nothing. I suggest you don't come her if you dont want your children to be tortured.

I am exited to be connected with you. I am a Missionary in northern Kenya among the least reached Samburu People Group. A Great testimony of what you are doing as a Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ. God bless you all

It just seems all they want is money..would not recommend..

Spent MANY years worshipping here but the church is dieing due to sinful leadership and deception by multiple leaders. Please save yourself enormous heartache and don't be deceived by this "awesome" church. God is awesome not the church. If your still unsure do some research.

Harvest is my home. It's a diverse gathering of sinners saved by grace led by men and women who love God and lift up Jesus name.

This church has such a diverse community and everyone is so nice and welcoming here! Whenever I have the chance to go I do! I take my son to the youth group and he has met so many friends and is so happy to be a part of the Harvest community! Easter is the one day I go for sure and they always have a great service! Great music, great service, and great people!

I feel connected to God and his people each week. The great name of our God is exalted here.

I have been going to Harvest since 1997. It is where I met my wife and has been a great church for me and my family. Harvest helped my family out when i was temporarily out of work by paying a few bills for me. I would recommend this church to anyone who is searching for a solid church home.

Great great Gidly biblical teachings, nw folks are made to feel welcome! The children's church is staffed by smart, Godly folks!

Praise ye the Lord, and ignore the fact that their favorite pastor tried to have someone murdered. Invisible God in the sky, why have you allowed such evil to exist within the church?

If you want solid Biblical teaching, this is the place for you! Many programs for all ages, singles and married. 1 service Saturday pm and 2 services Sunday am. Casual dress.

Not so loving now, good for some non/religious bad activities called out by news organizations.

This is to salute Meredith Andrews on her wonderful singing of the Revelation Song 7 years ago. When the music stopped, and she and the drummer continued, the Holy Spirit of God was speaking through her beautiful voice. It was an amazing performance by a talented artist. Many Thanks.

I m concerned about the people I love who have remained at HBC. They are people who have served Christ and freely given financially, believing their leaders to have integrity. Clearly they have been, and continue to be, misled and perhaps even deceived. HBC should dismiss the remaining elders before they continue to make deals with James McDonald. He should be prosecuted for his crimes and not further rewarded with money given by the people he betrayed.

Love this church and the atmosphere! The best church I've ever been to!

Every personal issue that I have been struggling with for years, has been addressed with biblical insight throughout the services I have attended over this past year. I have found a living church that is truly wrapped around the living Christ. The worship services are not just a reciting of a monolog of liturgy. The services are not just a show to attend, with live music, but rather a true connection of my soul and the living triune God. I have never been so excited to go worship my father, and so intently listen to his word. Yes Harvest is only a building, the church is this vessel my soul lives in, and the more I learn through the word I can go out into the world and reach out to others. There are many ways to connect with other Christians in such a large church, this was one of my concerns at first. I immediately joined a small group and it has been such a blessing :) There are ways to serve and to develop relationships with other members. Give Harvest a try, not just one service, but give it some time, and see where the Holy Spirit takes you.

I listen to him a lot on the radio and I an always filled with God's word.

My family and I are members here, and we really love attending. Strong biblical-based preaching, wonderful worship, small groups, numerous ministries, and a genuine love for God and people are what make up this church.

Was going to go but bylaws s say you can have membership terminated if you don't tithe right with them??-!!! I understand the what tithing is and why so important but to have this in your bylaws its not the kind of church I want to align myself with...that's between me and God who and where I offer my tithing..yea it's supposed to go to the church that feeds you..but if I chose to help a family with my tithing our a guy on the street...that's between me n God...to threaten membership termination..sound ritualistic and not what Jesus was about..just saying..this should not be in bylaws as ground to terminate membership

Rock music and stages in a church is not right. Yes, it will draw people in, but the music is all they will want. God doesn't want us to do things that will cause us to lose or control or be influenced in a wrong way.

This building has changed my life. I've learned that the "church" isn't the building but the people. We've been attending here for a couple of years and have made some of the most amazing friendships in our lives. My 3 boys love it. The 2 older boys are adults in college now so they attend with us. Our 5 year old enjoys all of the activities (Awana, Sunday School, get-to-gethers) the church offers. We're completely aware of the goings on the church has been through. I pray that we can help make a small positive impact in the future. We were married here. I was baptized, (still waiting on my wife .) The chances to serve are here. Worship and fellowship are here. We have always felt welcomed and continue to feel welcomed even when we're not in the building. There's so many great things that are starting up we can't wait to be a part of!!!!!!

the walmart of churches. quite dull and boring venue. i wouldn t have an event there personally, it was quite un impressive

I have attended Harvest for over 10 years and Harvest is the best! There are multiple campuses and you will find every Saturday and Sunday service to be full of the Presence of God, great Bible-based sermons, friendly and welcoming people, amazing music and worship, and programs for children of all ages. I visited Harvest Bible Chapel in Rolling Meadows and felt a warm welcome, they were very friendly and made me feel comfortable in the house of the lord. I've missed numerous services and it just didn't feel right, i was going regularly until i had Surgery (a piece of bone removed from my foot and feared someone stepping on my foot. I felt blessed each and every time that i entered Harvest Bible Chapel. I've considered making Harvest Bible Chapel my new Spiritual home.

I love this church. It is my home. God is worshiped here, his word preached, the gospel shared and people are loved.

Unashamed, dogmatic on essentials, and gracious flexibility on non-essentials.....

Great church that loves the Lord and teaches truth. If you love God's truth them this place rocks. Great worship band. Great preaching.

Big Church! Big hearts! Small bible study groups! Worship is awesome! The message is always current and non-biased bible based. The pulpit message on foundations is what I/we need to follow as our society is becoming more isolated and secular. I challenge you for 30 days to attend and see if your heart and mind is not changed forever.
