Recently took my engagement ring and bands into the store to be redesigned/fitted. From the moment we entered the store and through the entire process we were given superior customer service.Olivia was so helpful to start the process and convey to the designer what I was looking for. Katie is the designer who listened to everything I asked for and then created the ring exactly as I had envisioned. She made the whole process very special. It may be silly but my husband and I loved how excited the staff was when we came to pick up the ring.
