When you order online you will not receive an order confirmation. You will only receive confirmation of your order once it has been sent as a package. Furthermore, very friendly help by phone and despite having ordered on Sunday I had my product at home on Wednesday.
Product received in a good box incl. Return form (not needed :)), invoice and order confirmation. Very satisfied!!
