We had an amazing experience!! Leigh and all the girls at Marie Gabriel made finding my wedding dress a stress free and fun day!! Thank you Ladies!!!

Prettiest dresses in Indy! Many of my friends have bought their dress from Marie Gabriel Couture and have felt like the most beautiful bride on their big day! So many dresses and the consultants treated my friends like they were the only bride in the world!

Horrible customer service, inadequate communication, overall a bad experience for both the bride and bridal party. Kayla, our consultant, was attentive and accommodating; she even got our picky bride to say yes to the dress! However, the owner was extremely rude, aggressive in her demeanor, and condescending to not only us, but also to her employee. We were informed after the fact, that our appointment had run over. Instead of offering to work with the bride, or apologize for the miscommunication, Young attempted to give a poor excuse as to why we needed to leave. She said that the stages were like tables at a small restaurant reserved at a certain time that needed to be cleared. As someone who has worked in customer service and management in the food service industry I can assure you this is a false comparison. Instead of asking the customers still at the table to move, you instead work with the empty tables you have to accommodate your guests, or you offer your waiting guests other options. You NEVER ask a customer to finish dining at their table. Young also said the other bride was extremely upset. This also did not seem to be the case. That bride was still filling out paperwork when we walked out the door and in no way looked near as upset as our bride was. Young literally brought our bride to tears. She also, in front of our whole party, verbally abused and demeaned our consultant. This is not only a horrible way to treat any human being, but an awful way to run your business. Instead of congratulating her consultant at bringing a very picky bride to a sale, Young lost that sale with her harsh words and poor etiquette. There is no apology or explanation that can amend the way she treated her employee and customers. I hope no one else has the unfortunate experience that we had, and that they choose to give a better small local boutique their business.

I had a wonderful experience! Lauren was so extremely helpful as were all of the bridal stylists. I found my perfect dress, at my first stop; they truly knew what they were doing. Lauren listened to what I wanted, stayed within my budget, went above and beyond, made me feel special, and offered helpful opinions throughout my whole appointment! It was truly a great experience!

From the moment I walked in the door I knew this would be a great experience! Their true goal is to make you look and feel great I felt. I honestly left my wallet in the car, I was expecting to just "try on" and see what style I liked etc. By the time I was checking out I couldn't wait to get my bridesmaids in there to try on!

Peggy was my consultant, she was genuine and sweet as could be. She was patient with me having no idea what I wanted and very detailed orientated. I felt like even after saying "YES TO THE DRESS" that this wouldn't be a swipe of the card and adios. Peggy contacted me before I even made it home, I felt appreciated as well as my family felt catered too. A small gesture but a big impact is their attention to detail and knowledge of their resources, Couture has a whole new meaning for me now because of Marie Gabriel. I went slightly over budget and would have paid more for the experience and care I received from Peggy and her staff.

Nicole was absolutely the best. She helped me with my every need and listen to what I wanted and what I didn t. I had a five star experience and would definitely recommend everyone to go!

While I did not find THE ONE at Marie Gabriel, I feel obligated to write a 5-star review about this salon.

My group and I were greeted by several smiling faces upon entering the salon. We were quickly assigned to a consultant and directed to our own stage/mirror/dressing area.

Natalie was our consultant, and she was AMAZING. She listened to what I thought I wanted and pulled several dresses that matched my vision. She was so sweet that I was not uncomfortable at all. She gave honest feedback, and she even helped my mom (who is not super tech savvy) with her phone, so she could take pictures and FaceTime my sister.

The dress selection was wonderful, the staff was professional and helpful, and the salon was adorable.

I'd highly recommend any bride-to-be make an appointment at Marie Gabriel to try on dresses!

I worked with the owner and her daughter and they were INCREDIBLE. I tried on a dress that was out of our price range and fell in love. They did everything they could to accommodate us and make it possible for me to leave with my dream dress. This was an awesome experience

My experience at Marie Gabriel Couture was more than I could hope for from the first time I met with Peggy to the day I picked up my beautiful gown. I am the Mother of the Groom in an upcoming wedding that is very formal. My vision for the gown I was looking for needed to be simple elegant and a dress I will feel comfortable in for the entire day. The enthusiasm and assistance that Peggy provided me exceeded my expectations. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Young who is a true professional! This was the absolute best place I could've gone to dress shop. Before coming hear I went to the other top rated place in Indy and the service and options I received here were worlds above. Anne Marie was an absolute God send and I could not have found the dress without her. She made me feel comfortable and gorgeous. The dress that she saved for last because she thought it would be best for me was the dress I ended up falling head over heels with. She was respectful of my budget the entire time and understood my needs better than I did myself! If you need a wedding dress, this is the place to go. They will take care of you like no other. AMAZING!! I am from southern IN but live in Indy, so after going to 4 stores and before settling on a dress that I really liked, I came to Marie Gabriel to look one more time for a dress that was better. I was astonished right when I walked into their doors! My mom (from Evansville) and myself were treated so kindly and welcomed from start to finish. It meant sooo much to feel welcomed and not rushed what so ever throughout my entire appt. I never once felt pressured or persuaded as I had at other stores. I got to go around with my mom and the bridal assistant to choose what dresses I wanted to try on. The second dress I put on, I had my "Aha Moment" that I've heard about on TLC as well as from other people. LOL I knew it was my dress, but it was only the second one, and I had so many more to try on. I tried on the other dresses and knew that I was in LOVE with my dress that I chose. Since I ordered my dress, the girls at Marie Gabriel have been so kind to me, including letting me try on the sample dress again on a separate day for my sister who came into town another weekend and wanted to see it. I would recommend Marie Gabriel over any bridal salon in Indianapolis and Evansville. I can't wait to go back and see my dress and work with the girls to make my day that much more special and stress free :) Thank you MGC!!!!

My first and last stop. Great selection; though be prepared for hefty price tags (but hey, you get what you pay for and these dresses are worth it!). A+ customer service; Nykki Massengill is awesome. She wasn't pushy in the slightest; she was comical and honest, things I want in a bridal consultant. Serene atmosphere; I didn't even notice the groups around us (and we got to bring our own champagne!). It was the experienced I had imagined and hoped for. Highly recommend!

I had THE BEST experience with Marie Gabriel Couture and cant recommend them enough! Leigh was such a wonderful consultant. I had scheduled appointments to try on wedding dresses at two different bridal stores, the first being MGC. My group was warmly welcomed and it seemed like everyone in the store was excited to help me find my dress. Leigh guided me around the store and had me point out things I liked or didn t like, then had me sit down with my family while she took a few minutes to pull several dresses. She helped me into every dress and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. It was such an efficient and relaxing process so I was truly able to enjoy the appointment. After leaving MGC for the next appointment (with a dress in mind that I knew in my heart was the one ~there were tears~), I was completely underwhelmed after having such a wonderful experience. At the second place, I was asked to find my own dress options and handed the dresses for me to put on. The whole appointment lasted about 30 minutes and then we quickly made our way back to Marie Gabriel to purchase my dream dress. The first dress Leigh ever had me try on was the one I ended up choosing. She is amazing at what she does and MGC is the best spot I could have chosen to find a dress. I can t say enough good things about my experience! Highly, highly recommend!!

I had the best time at Marie Gabriel AND found my dress in literally 30 minutes! I traveled to NYC because I had to go to Kleinfelds and let me tell you Marie Gabriel was a way better experience, their service is top notch, they have a huge selection of top designer dresses, and most importantly, they truly care about you as a bride. Leigh was phenomenal and totally understood the look I was going for. She listened to everything I said and made selections based on a combination of my style and petite frame. I can t say enough great things about Marie Gabriel!

The shop has an incredible selection of Hayley Paige and Lazaro dresses (not to mention many other designers) and is incredibly respectful of your budget. The whole experience at MGCB was wonderful - from booking my appointment, to trying on dresses, to accessorizing, and purchasing.

I recently visited this bridal shop and was absolutely amazed! Not only is it a beautiful facility, with great selection, but it has the most amazing service! I went with a large group of family and friends to look for a dress for my sister's wedding, she wanted all of us to be there and share in the experience. Marie Gabriel Bridal Couture was incredibly accomodating and welcomed ALL of us! Peggy the woman who helped us throughout our appointment was incredibly sweet and mindful of my sister's budget. The owner is a sweetheart and came a mingled with us all! It was a fabulous experience for all of us, taking the stress and anxiety out of wedding dress shopping and replacing it with coffee and champagne! I will be recommended this to all my friends once they are engaged!

I first went to Marie Gabriel Couture on October 12, 2013 when my best friend had a disaster at a chain bridal store picking out a dress. I called Marie Gabriel and they took a last minute appointment. When we walked in, we were a little nervous because of how gorgeous the store is and we worried it would be out of my friend's budget. With out a doubt the consultant knew they could find a dress for me friend. The consultant was absolutely amazing and helped my friend truly decide what she wanted in a dress. That same day my friend said yes to the dress and we celebrated right there in the store!

Only a few weeks after that, I scheduled my own appointment to pick out a dress because I knew Marie Gabriel would be the only store I needed to look at! I found my dress after the consultant pulled one from the back that no one had even tried on yet! It was the perfect dress and once again perfect hospitality.

Marie Gabriel has the most amazing quality dresses in a decent price range. They are willing to work with customers and even do major alterations to dresses. They truly listen to what the bride wants, but also consider what the entourage of the bride says and what they think will suite the bride. I would recommend this store to everyone!

There is no better place to go than Marie Gabriel! I bought my wedding dress here and had them do my alterations, which were totally worth it! They calmed my nerves throughout the alteration process and did an amazing job fitting my dress to my body type. I could not be happier with my dress and their professionalism/valuable advice regarding wedding dresses. They know their stuff! This is by the far the BEST place to go for any wedding dress/alteration needs.

We are so thankful to the staff and especially Young in helping my daughter to find the dress . After the staff listened to the details my daughter, Hannah wanted for her dress they began pulling many dresses for her to try on. Despite the elegance of each dress... they weren t the one. Young pulled me aside to show me a dress. I fell instantly in love. She sent it in to the dressing room for Hannah to try. When she walked out.... it was the one. This story may sound similar to many girls but with Marie Gabriel Couture, the experience from how they make you feel special as soon as you walk in the door, to the enjoyment of the staff in the work they are doing, to the expertise of Young in knowing what the bride wants , to the fitting ( Hannah had only 2 visits!), and lastly , I was left with a memory and feeling that Marie Gabriel Couture will go to great lengths to make the experience one you will remember with happiness. I had an AMAZING experience at my appointment. Everyone was extremely professional from the time we entered. I loved my experience at Marie Gabriel! I was referred to them by multiple friends of mind who had recently found their dream dress there. I made my first appointment of the day there, and cancelled everything afterwards! I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, so the MG crew helped walk me through their store and pick out things that were very close to what I envisioned. The second dress I tried on was the one I never wanted to take off! Sealing it with a toast of champagne, we sat down and went over the entire care package for the dress. It is the ideal bridal experience.

After getting engaged, I knew I had to go to Marie Gabriel to find my dress. I loved the designers they carried and had been stalking their Instagram for years. When my appointment came, it was everything I had hope for and more. Leigh was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable during the whole appointment. I never thought I d find a dress my first time shopping. However Leigh s picks and the fantastic selection at Marie Gabriel s made it so easy to find the perfect dress to say yes to. Though if I hadn t I would have been more than happy to have another appointment so I could send another day in the store trying on even more dresses. I couldn t be happier with my experience and am so happy I went here to find my dress.

I had such a great experience at Marie Gabriel! Leigh made me feel at ease, and was able to find dresses that fit my personal preference. It was such a quick and easy process- definitely not as nerve-wracking as I envisioned. I can t wait to go back for my fitting!

I had gone to multiple different wedding dress shops in the area and had a style I was really liking but it always seemed like something was missing. Well, my stylist MacKenzie figured out what was missing and delivered my dream dress! I highly recommend Marie Gabriel as they listen to your wants and needs and find a dress with everything you want.

I didn't love my experience here. They most definitely had a lot of beautiful dresses, but they are a bit on the pricier side. I was considering a dress that was out of my budget and felt a little pressured to buy. I appreciate that they're trying to make a great experience, but they gave me a fake bouquet and had me walk around...really I just felt more like a monkey. If your budget is pretty liberal and you want that TV-style 'say yes to the dress', then this shop would probably be worth checking out. If that's not your style, though, might be best to pass.

I felt so uncomfortable there. I went there twice. The lady made many condescending remarks. As if I couldn't afford the dress I was looking for. I didn't like the service. The second time, I tried on dresses and the lady was very pushy. It wasn't a good experience. However, I really enjoyed Nancy's bridal

Had the best experience with everyone I dealt with at Marie Gabriel! Maria was so helpful and accommodating to everything I was looking for. She nailed it on the head with the first dress she picked for me and that ended up being the one!! I tried on several others that didn t even compare.

I had an amazing experience at MGC. Lauren worked with me, and she was bright and bubbly and understood my aesthetic very well. I was impressed at how many beautiful dresses they had that were well under my price range, and I ultimately ended up finding a beautiful dress here. Arrived 5 minutes early(1:25pm Saturday November 24th 2018)

1:30-1:45 Kayla, sales associate went over dress ideas with me

1:45-2:10 Looked at dresses

2:10 Taken back to the stage while Kayla pulled dresses

2:20 Kayla and I then began trying on dresses like a well oiled machine. We were efficient and worked well together. We tried on 8 dresses and I was on stage for an average time of 2 minutes. The dresses ranged in how long to get in and out of, the average time was 3 minutes

The owner, Young Colling, was a looming presence the entire time, walking past and whispering things to Kayla every so often while also telling me what I do and don t look good in in front of all of my group while I m on stage including telling me, Cap sleeves definitely don t look good on you

2:45, only 25 minutes after I began trying on dresses I found the one however none of my party liked it. We decided to take a quick break to discuss what to do

2:50 we stepped outside avoid pressure and to gain clarity. We stepped back in at 2:55 and I had decided that with some alterations I was going to say yes to the dress

3:00 I was back out on stage with my gown. Kayla had everyone close their eyes as she put the veil on me and handed me a bouquet. She had everyone open their eyes and I was so happy- all smiles. Kayla said, is this a yes? I said, Yes! Also worth noting the dress was $3,450.00.

3:10 Kayla tells one of the other associates to get the champaigne. The veil was nice but since my dress was champaigne I asked if we could try on some cathedral champagne colored veils

3:15 (55 minutes after I tried on my first dress). As I m standing up there in my dress with a veil, flowers in my hand and had already said yes as my whole bridal party is sitting in front of me and Kayla is next to me, Young Colling came up to the stage and said, You have to go! I have a very angry bride! Her appointment was at 3pm! She is very unhappy! I didn t know you were going to leave and come back! You have to leave now! I glance at my bridal party, all mouths hung open in shock and look back at Young Colling, I stood there, stoic and unmoved. I have dealt with several of these types in my lifetime, in my travels, in work and so I just stood there in my dress waiting to hear what she would say next. Sure enough she continues, I run this business like a restaurant! You come in, you get what you need and you get out. (Which, I m not sure what type of restaurants she goes to but I ve seen people stay at least half an hr or more after they ve paid their bills countless times, that s a terrible analogy on top of an already horrific situation.) With my head held high and my poker face on, I said, Firstly, we were stepped out for no longer than 5 minutes and also, no problem, we ll go and I ll be purchasing this dress from another salon.

-It is worth noting that I received 3 confirmations of my 1:30 appointment prior to this day. None of them mentioned a time limit, nothing about 90 minutes. There was nothing at all, just the time to arrive.

-As I head back to the dressing room after being scolded the tears I held back on stage poured down my face the moment we were in the dressing room and Kayla hugged me and kept apologizing on behalf of her boss. Young came to the curtain and she began yelling at Kayla saying, This is ALL your fault! You knew you had a 3pm! Tell her to come back at 5! She needs to come back at 5!

We all left very quickly and were out of there at 3:20. My bridal party commended me on how I handled the situation and they were all hugging me and apologizing profusely for my experience being ruined.

-At 7:15pm that night I saw that I missed a call from none other than Marie Gabrielle Bridal Salon. I m sure that after some thinking, Young is missing her 4 grand that I was 10 minutes away from spending.

-My friend said it best, All she had to do was go to you privately in the room and say that she booked too closely today and apologize and ask you to maybe go grab a bite to eat and come back and you gladly would have.

I went to this bridal studio after seeing that it had 4.8 stars on Google. This is by far THE WORST bridal studio in town, and this rating is incredibly deceptive. The dresses were very dirty, torn, and you are standing up next to several other brides. It s anything but a private and special experience. They left the curtains open several times while I was changing and had no respect for privacy. We walked out halfway through. I highly recommend going to The Wedding Studio or Blue House Bridal instead!!

This was my second store to look at dresses for on this day. I was so excited to be shopping but wasn t counting on finding my dress. Nicole was my stylist. She listened to what I wanted. Took me around the store to look and she knew what I wanted. She was pulling everything I was seeing myself in! I didn t have that chance with the first store. This was more exciting because I was also looking and picking dresses out for myself. Nicole picked great dresses. She kept bring in different dresses and exchanging out ones based off my comments. It was the second dress she had me try and I was amazed. Nicole got me all dolled up and really made the decision an easy one. I would highly recommend this boutique! So friendly, so professional, and so helpful!!!

Marie Gabriel Couture Bridal swept me off my feet! It was my first-day dress shopping and I had already been at two different stores and losing hope of my dream dress. I almost didn't show my consultant my Pinterest pictures because I thought there was no way they had the dress, I didn't think it existed. My consultant was Celeste and she was AMAZING! She knew the perfect dress to try one. She walked me around the store and we pulled dresses to try. I tried on the perfect dress and fell in love with it! It was truely amazing! Celeste went above and beyond by doing my hair in an up-do (like I said I would have on my wedding day) and completing the whole look with the veil! She is amazing! The whole store was so welcoming and kind! I will definitely refer all my friends to Marie Gabriel Couture Bridal. They know what they are doing and how to wow. Thank you, Celeste for helping by dreams come true! Can't wait to wear it down the aisle.

Definitely the best selection and service you can find in the area. Their consultants are top notch and excel at listening to your vision and finding a dress that you will love. They are attentive to your requests and feedback and provide an overall amazing experience. I would also like to comment that they have gone above and beyond during the pandemic to work with those who do not live in this area and have to troubleshoot how they are going to recieve their dress and/or have fittings. So grateful I had them on my team during this!

Leigh was a huge help in finding me the perfect dress for my wedding! Highly recommend Marie Gabriel Couture Bridal to find your dream dress! There were lots of options to choose from and Leigh helped me try on multiple dresses until I found the one I loved!

My visit to Marie Gabriel Couture was so wonderful! The team was so efficient with my time and they were able to successfully find me the dress of my dreams! Amazing place to get your wedding dress! I loved the staff, the selection of dresses, the elegance of the store and most of all my Wedding Dress! This was the first place that I shopped for my wedding dress and I found the perfect one! I flew in from New Mexico and had family members fly in or drive to Indianapolis just for my fitting. The staff was very welcoming to all of my family members. I had such a great experience while dress shopping at Marie Gabriel! I went on a Thursday evening after work to look for a wedding dress, which was perfect because there was no one else in the store. Anne Marie and Celeste really listened to what I was looking for, and helped me pick some beautiful dresses. They were very patient while I tried on and walked back through the store to pull more dresses. When I decided on my dress, they spent the time to talk through all of the pricing (so we knew the final final number before purchasing) and the next steps for alterations. We celebrated with champagne! The selection was amazing -- it was the only store we visited! I highly recommend visiting Anne Marie and her team!

I was nervous that this place would be way out of my price range.. I mean it has 'couture' in its name.. and we rode an elevator to get there lol Anyways we went without an appointment just to see if we could look around. I was pleasantly surprised how nice they were. They had only one other bride there so they let us look and try on without an appointment.Although they probably prefer you have an appointment ;) I would recommend checking this place out. Marie Gabriel is the premier bridal salon in Indianapolis! The best collection of bridal gowns that I've ever seen. The store is beautiful, clean and well-kept. They've got a dress to fit every budget and every style of bride. Young, Anne-Marie and the entire staff are genuine, helpful and so knowledgable!

I cannot speak highly enough about this boutique. Natalie was the girl who helped me pick out my wedding dress. She paid attention to every detail I asked for and even chose a few of her own she thought I might like and the dress I ended up going with was actually one SHE picked out! She was extremely helpful, gave honest opinions, and was really involved in helping me pick my perfect dress. Not only that, my wedding date had to be moved up about 3 months due to a venue change. That put my dress delivery time in a crunch. The owner was ON TOP OF IT the second I called her to see if it could arrive quicker. She called me personally and kept me informed the entire time and we were able to get my ship date moved up! The customer service there is incredible, they all know what they are doing, and they make sure they can get it done right! Oh and their dresses are absolutely beautiful. Definitely my favorite out of all the bridal shops I went to. Nothing compared. You cannot go wrong with this boutique!!

As many have stated, this shop has probably one of the largest selections of dresses in Indianapolis, but truly needs to work on customer service, particularly the shop manager.

My particular associate was a sweet girl but a bit pushy in trying to get me to purchase the dress the day of my appointment, so that "I could get 10% off." I ultimately did purchase the dress the day of, but more so because I wanted to, as they didn't know I already had a 10% discount from my engagement ring jeweler. Them not having this information made the push to purchase even more obvious. At one point during my appointment, the manager came over to discuss some alterations I wanted done to my dress. I felt as though she was not a good listener (which proved even more true after this day). She was so busy proving what an expert she was and so busy telling me what I couldn't do, she often times made comments before I was even able to get my words out.

The worst part of my experience came after I purchased my dress. I purchased my dress on April 9, 2017. When I left I was given a folder with my receipt, a business card, and an alterations handout. I was not given any information on when my dress would arrive, and silly me for not asking. Not long after purchasing my dress, I got a voicemail from the associate I'd worked with telling me something I wanted removed from the dress couldn't be. No big deal there. However, it wasn't until just shy of a month later (after I sent an e-mail inquiry), that I received a message from the manager telling me my dress was not scheduled to arrive until August or September (I have an Oct wedding that I was upfront at my appointment about). I sent an e-mail voicing my extreme frustration but did not hear back, so I called. This was when things went south.

Once again, the manager proved what a poor listener she was and how being right was more important to her than good customer service. I will not go into every detail but my conversation with her was some of the worst customer service I've ever gotten. Had she just listened and tried to solve the problem in the beginning this review would be very different. Instead, she chose to argue with me and not fix the problem until the very end. I wanted her to know that I felt the shop needs to be more upfront with customers on how long it can take for their dress to arrive. Instead of her accepting this, she chose to argue about the industry standard and how I should have googled how long dresses take to arrive. Is that my job? I don't believe so. It's the shops job to tell me and every customer that comes through that door. Secondly, while there may be an industry standard I went to multiple shops that ensured me my dress would arrive 2-3 months after my order date opposed to Marie Gabriel's 4-5 months.

During our conversation, I discovered there was an option to rush the dress. This was never mentioned to me. Instead, she said they don't like for customers to spend the extra money when a dress arriving a month or so before the wedding is ideal, so your alterations can occur when you're closest to your wedding weight. This was even more frustrating, as this business takes it upon themselves to assume when is an ideal time for a bride to receive her dress and makes the assumption that every brides plans to lose weight before her wedding.

Myself and the manager went back and forth for about 10 minutes, her talking while I was talking and trying to prove a point. Finally, in the last 3 minutes she offered to see if they could rush my dress at no charge. And this is why I am most disappointed. Instead of becoming argumentative and trying to prove a point to me about what I should have known, this is what this manager should have done from the beginning. She should have immediately apologized and said she is sorry that they were not upfront with me about how long my dress would take and that they are sorry for not offering me the option to rush my dress and that they will do better. It could have been that simple. Admit your faults, fix it and move on.

Marie Gabriel is the best place in Indiana to buy to your wedding dress. They make you feel so special while you re there! They get your dress to you as soon as they can and have a great seamstress they recommend. 10/10

Maria helped me pick out my dream dress! She was patient as i tried on several dresses and narrowed down what i loved most until she found one that was perfect. She stayed below my budget and made me feel comfortable during the whole appointment. Definitely a place you can trust their advice and recommendations!

I had a wonderful dress shopping experience at Marie Gabriel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. Anne-Marie went above and beyond in helping me to the find the perfect dress that fit my budget. I was a little nervous dress shopping by myself, but Anne-Marie was so kind and accommodating and never once made me feel uncomfortable. She helped me to narrow down the style of dress that would work best for me and made great suggestions on what to try on. In fact, the dress I bought was not something I would have originally selected by myself, but I absolutely love it! I went to several other bridal salons in the area after visiting Marie Gabriel and none of them came close to providing the same level of care that you will receive here. I could not be happier with my dress and the overall experience!

I would recommend Marie Gabriel Couture to any bride-to-be! Lauren was my consultant and she did an amazing job at capturing my vision while staying in my price range as well. I purchased my wedding dress at Marie Gabriel back in January 2020. I loved the entire experience. We were able to walk around the store with a consultant and look at the different possible styles I d like. I, of course, ended up choosing a dress that was not at all what I thought I d want! My consultant helped me to feel comfortable with voicing how I felt in each dress. Beyond the experience, the dresses themselves are INCREDIBLE quality. This is a wonderful little shop!

There were a few changes I discussed with her and the owner, Young, on a minor change to my wedding dress that they validated and ensured they could accommodate. This shop has a selection of gorgeous gowns. But many shops have this. Marie Gabriel is unique because of their excellent staff and beautiful space. My attendant navigated the conversations between myself and family expertly: gentle and seamless, while recognizing the bride is first. She chose an exquisite gown for me that fit like a GLOVE that I would have never chosen. Even beyond that, email and in person communication was very professional and quick. I am so happy we chose Marie Gabriel for choosing my gown!

I love Marie Gabriel Couture!! They provide excellent service with the best, most well trained consultants. I purchased my gown, veil, and headpiece from them, and I d recommend anyone and everyone do the same! Young is quick to respond to emails, and the consultants have answers to any question you ask. My daughter found her wedding dress at Marie Gabriel Bridal, and we were so happy with the service and the beautiful dress she found. Our salesperson (Lauren) was very knowledgeable and was efficient helping us find exactly what my daughter wanted, and we never felt rushed. Absolutely perfect experience! From the moment my entourage (I had my mother, father, maid of honor, and future mother-in-law with me) and I walked in, we were treated with such warmth. This was was the first place I visited and I'm so glad I didn't go anywhere else. The staff really makes it feel like this is your moment. YOUR decisions are honored (not the sales person's or anyone else in your party's although they are very accommodating of everyone.) The gown selection includes tons of styles and price points and makes it easy to find one that works for your vision. The staff has also continued to be amazing even after I said yes to my dress scheduling follow up appointments and working with my tricky long distance needs. Marie Gabriel should be the first stop on every new bride's list.

This was the best experience I could have ever asked for. Slightly overwhelmed by the whole wedding experience, my mother came down from nearly 3 hours away. After finding a couple dresses at nearby places we were less than thrilled. I was panicked because she had to leave the next day. We happen to drive by Marie Gabriel's and figured we'd give it a shot. They were a half hour from closing but were SO welcoming. The owner even came out and offered my mother and i mimosas.

Every other place we went to before Marie Gabriel's we felt like we were bothering the employees... not here. Peggy took me under her wing and was so welcoming. My mom and I kind of gave each other a look like: "There's no way we can afford this." Peggy walked me through what I liked and what I didn't and even asked me what word I would want people to remember my dress and our wedding as. NO ONE had ever been this thorough or cared this much. When we told her our price range, she said not a problem and took me to a special line.

She was amazing and found me MY dress after only trying on two. Peggy was great at what she does and even does some of the alternations so she suggested a removable train for my casual reception. I didn't even know you could do that!!

She did up my hair and put me in shoes and a veil and I just knew. I'm indecisive and she was SOOO patient and walked me around the shop to look in different mirrors)... When I finally said yes, EVERYONE came out of what they were doing to clap and cheer for me... Quite possibly the coolest experience ever.

Best part: Got the veil an the dress for less than what the other dresses were costing at the competitors. Whatever you want: budget, experience, high-end... they treat you like a princess.
