Dear kaya,

I had purchased a package of facial for my sister her name is Zahra Qureshi and number is -----------. In the offer period where I paid 9000 and got 3+3facials. I paid this amount in juhu clinic. She took her first session in vashi clinic which was pathetic. Kaya being a dermatologist brand should have provided her a good session however the service given to her was pathetic. The technology used for her was mda facial was worse than a regular clean up. I mean she has been to high end parlours and has got a wonderful facial done. Kaya should have definitely given her a good experience. Starting from customer service to technician performing the service.

The result she got right after the facial was not at all good there was no difference in her before and after facial. She immediately complained to the cm laxmi. And the cce there at vashi and they told her they will get back to her and the therapist told her she will get results in a day or two. Which never happened.

She received a call from kaya vashi for her next session and that is when she reminded them again that she doesn't want the facial package and needs a refund. To which vashi clinic denied and said we don't return money back u will have to take kaya services and products. How can you force someone to take their services. Please teach ur employees to speak the right things.

She was extremely angry and asked me to speak since I made the bill. When I had a word with laxmi from vashi she behaved like she is new to kaya. And later told me that I would have to call juhu and ask them to send a refund request. Why can't she do it herself. Really stupid!

I contacted mansi from juhu and asked her to send the request since she is leaving on 26th early mrng from Mumbai and won't be available on calls for another one month. So mansi apparently said that it won't be possible for her to make things quick. Like really? Ur employees are so slow in sending one email with all details. One whole month vashi clinic took to just say that the refund will take place from where the bill was made juhu clinic only because her clinic has a dfrnt target and she doesn't want the money to get deducted from her target. Really stupid. I do not want any further sessions of this facial or any other service and you cannot force me into taking any product or service. Do not waste more time and process this refund immediately. I have given each and every detail about the situation here you should be able to understand and process yet if you still don't understand you can call on the number given. I want this to be done before she leaves which is before the 26th of this month.

I am being very clear here I do not want any credit note/nothing from kaya. I do not want any service. Nothing Complimentary also. I just I want my money I paid for.

I sent them this to which they reply and say that they cannot give refund either you take our service or leave. How can a company force someone to take their pathetic service and how can they tell you to leave the money back with them because they can't give refund. Legally if a customer is not happy with the service given because of the poor quality how can yourl force it on. I need my refund asap.

They have a good history and nice office. One major drawback is they don't have parking space, if you are driving be prepared to park your car on roadside or half km away to paid parking....

Been working here as a vendor since a year now and I can already say that to work on a MARICO payroll gives you a lot of benefits. Being a vendor we don't have much benefits but if you wanna join MARICO on their own payroll. You can do so as it's a great place to work for.
