I don't even know where to begin but I have nothing but great things to say about this resort. First, Stalin checked us in and he was amazing!! He was super friendly and made sure we had an incredible room. My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary which I mentioned to Stalin and to my surprise they sent champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely card to our room!! How incredibly thoughtful and kind!! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip so special and create memories that will last a lifetime!! Oh and about the room, what a view!! We had a corner room with a poolview and a view of the ocean beyond the sunset deck! GORGEOUS!! The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. Again, I can only say great things and we will absolutely plan another trip to Key West and stay at Margaritaville Key West Resort!!!

The hotel has a great length right on the sea. If no cruise ship stationed in the harbor has a great view

Absolutely feel they tend to the "little" extras that make you feel special. The rooms are big and bright, very clean. Loved our stay! Will definitely go again

Stupid pricey. Dont get anything without asking the cost first. We had a single scoop of ice cream and two bottled waters that cost $19.00. Ouch!

As always it was great only stayed one day this time. Everything was 5 star.

Amazing hotel. The receptionist regi was so accommodating.For our anniversary we got our room upgraded and complimentary champagne! The room was more than exceptional. Location could not get any better. "outdated" at all. This is key west. Every building is older, including this one, there's nothing wrong with that. Brand new tv, new keurig, amazing shower head and tiles, mirrors, lighting, ac, etc. Will be staying here, again and recommending to everyone.

Really comfortable rooms, plenty of things to do nearby. Absolutely great place to stay. Our party had no complaints.

The best location key west has to offer. This was a Weston, but the current vibe fits the island better. Staff is great too...we will return

Great 2 for 1 all day Happy Hour but no Margaritaville store like all the rest of them

If you are planning a trip to Key West Margaritaville Resort & Marina is right where you want t be. All that Key West is can be sampled within a short walk from this place.

Loved this place! Rooms were clean and spacious. Less than 5 minute walk to Duval St and downtown. Very responsive staff. Right on the waterfront where the big cruise ships dock. Would highly recommend Margaritaville!

This place is just s tourist destination. Food was so so. Especially for the price. 9

Sammy is the best bartender out there! He loves his craft and loves his island.

Had the nachos and a virgin margarita because sadly, in the us I'm not of age like at home. The plate of nachos was huge and tasted great! Didn't stay at the resort itself, however. But definitely reccomend their restaurant

We enjoyed the resorts accomodations, clean rooms, updated in appearance, parking lot connected to the building, great location. The pool was pretty; the shops surrounding the hotel were helpful. Would stay there again.

Great Location.on the water just a few steps from Duval. Fantastic Sunset Views, but request second floor if your in an Ocean Front room for the best view.

This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed here for our vacation. The hotel food was amazing along with the restaurant they had there,plus the view from their sunset deck was breath taking. The concierge was also excellent,they got us a fantastic deep sea fishing charter just the two of us and a fun snorkeling set up.

Went on a sunset cruise with fury and then grabbed food at El meson pepe's. Great trip and amazing food both.

Excellent place to come and relax and have some nice cold beverages.

Very nice accommodations, but a little pricey. The room needed a deep cleaning (nasty residue on headboard of bed and picture frames around the room). Male European bartender at pool bar was kind of rude when asked a question. Valet, doorman and front desk agents were very nice and accommodating (we were allowed an 5 hour advance early check in).

Location is perfect for walking to Duval St, Seaport, or just to Mallory Square. The Pool was very nice but seating is limited. Mrs. Lori who was the attendant by the pool is Amazing. She does a great job all day with the poolside giveaways and monitoring what s going on to make sure everyone has a nice time, all with a smile on her face.
The room unfortunately not so nice, more like lipstick on a pig. Slider bathroom door was all busted, mirrors hadn t been cleaned because there was a layer of dust on them, the cleaning staff needs A LOT of training, AC unit is reminded me of something from college.... it rattled so loud it was difficult to sleep in the room and it struggled to cool the room ( the hallway was cooler).
For the price it s not worth it unless you just need to say you stayed at Margaritaville.

Great place to just walk and shop or just sit and stare at the ships and people.

Excellent location to everything Key West has to offer.
