Great place to stay, awesome scenery and conveniently located to Duval St.

Kinda not my favorite! Was not too impressed my food. I m sure it s much better for just drinks :)

Great place just be advised that if ur paying for ocean front view from our room u maybe looking at a side of 9 story cruise ship docked just ask at time of booking. Just an FYI great place to stay tho

Margaritaville at Key West has a very diverse and Lively culture. A great place to enjoy yourself or with family. People very outgoing and helpful.

Everything was fabulous! We got to the hotel very late but front desk was open and working and we got great advice from the employees when it came to what room we needed. We had a wonderful room with a sea view. We were there for 3 nights and it was quiet, clean, great shower, comfortable beds and special gratitude to Marie and Valeria from front desk. They gave us professional help. We had a little bit of trouble with the wifi access and the water in the pool was too hot. Otherwise a great hotel and if we ever come back to Key West we will only stay in Margaritaville Resort.

No longer a Westin property. Now an independent called Margaritaville Resort and Marina. Still a 5 star property.

Feels so distant and far yet so close to everything. It's a special corner in Key West. Good bars and food nearby.

The suite room is very clean and big. The beds were comfortable.

We had a great 5 night stay here, perfect location and nice staff- we had the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect. Beautiful view of Mallory square and ocean (our room was on the side of the building not blocked by cruise ships). The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the free popsicles and frozen drinks and fruit kabobs (yes we were offered all 3). We joked about how nobody polished our sunglasses...such suffering...:) The bar upstairs was as nice spot to watch the sunset, above the crowds of people below. I would stay again if I wanted to be in the heart of Key West action, everything is so close and convenient!

Hot but beautiful very nice friendly people . Toured Hemingway's House , the guide was very nolegable. Nice to see the six toes on the cats.

Probably best spot for sunset and dinner near Mallory Square. Food choices were limited but plenty of good stuff. All tasted great. Drinks were well appointed. Get there early of you want a front row for sunset, but even a table or two back is awesome. Easy walking distance to boardwalk and to Duval. There is a cruise ship slip so might recommend calling ahead if you are really wanting to make sure you can watch sunset.

We were there from 12/12-12-15. WOW! Just WOW! We had an Ocean View balcony room that was Amazing! The front desk staff was super friendly, the staff assisting guests went above & beyond, the housekeeper was excellent and a joy to greet in the mornings on our way out for the day. To us it was a true 5 star experience.

Valet didnt ask me if I needed help with my luggage until I already managed it myself. The lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful. The cleaning staff left our door open aftercleaning it! Our room was not secured for the entire day we were gone! The manager said 'sorry, we will look into it.' I requested no more room service and placed the do not disturb sign on our door. The next day the cleaning staff was in our room again! Ignoring our request and the do not disturb sign. Don't stay here!!! They didn't ask if we had anything missing from our room, or even if they could do anything to make up for it. There is no real concern here for their guests!

They made a great hotel even better. While I was only there to eat and drink, the improvements were noticeable. The decor was totally margaritaville. Food was incredible. Overall a great experience.

The margaritas were good but the outside bartender was rude

what can I say excellent food excellent atmosphere it's the best place to go if you want to hang grab a beer, eat some conch fritters, and listen to some great music

Was only there for a conference so I cannot speak to the ammenities or the rooms. The conference provided breakfast and beverages each day through the hotel and was excellent. The hotel was clean and in a great part of town near all the night life. Less 1 star because they have a parking garage available but charge in the upper $20s for self oarking per day and in the $30s per day to vallet. I feel like this shoukd be included in the cost of the rooms sunce its fairly expensive to stay there per night even at the group discounted rate. We stayed in another hotel on the opposite side of the island near the beach. It was a more relaxing place to stay. The Margaritaville is literally right in front of where the cruise ships disembark each day as well with loads of foot traffic.

You can not see the sea and less the sunset, because there is always a cruise lining the view of the sea.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and excellent restaurant. I recommend this hotel highly.

Perfect location, nice atmosphere, but extremely pricey. In my opinion there are better places to stay for the price, but this place has it all!

Had a great time and one of the prettiest spots to stay in the Keys.

I stayed here for the first time this week. It was amazing. Not over the top in Jimmy B but nice balance of Jimmy & Key West. Service was great in every aspect. Great room. Great food and adult beverages. Every employee clearly takes pride in giving each guest the ultimate vacation experience.

The outside is beautiful when you walk in it's beautiful the staff were rude. Front desk is not courteous. Room service does not exist. You have to go down and pick it up but you pay $250 a night when they could have just brought it to the room. The blinds on the window did not retract so that I can see the beautiful scenery that I paid $250 a night for. And the amenities in the room were not in great condition. Do your research before coming down to the bottom and booking a quote on quote resort...

Instead of getting wasted away in Margaritaville my money got wasted on Margaritaville Resort in Key West..

Used for valet parking to go to sunset key. Friendly ppl.

Pool and Hot tub are good, pool could have been a little bit warmer. Service was also good.

This place is in a great location right and Mallory Square. It also has been taken over recently by Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville. The views are spectacular there are shops located within the hotel and restaurants. The staff is spectacular there more than helpful. Food was fantastic and plentiful.

All good but room was not ready by 4:00 pm it wasn t a guarranteed time for check In hopefully it won t happen again otherwise it was good

Cockroach in room, moved us to a new room and then they allowed phone scammers to call directly into our room all morning. Poor experience.

Beautiful resort and great location. Close to lots of sights and restaurants. Our room was spacious and quiet. A nice surprise was the bunk beds in a little alcove of our suite, which we weren't expecting and were perfect for our 3 year old. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Friendly staff. Food at restaurant was really good. King bedroom with ocean view was fantastic. No microwave in room upon arrival but was provided when requested. In room carpet dirty and worn needs replacing.

Really bummed couldn't get through to make a reservation. The receptionist working was super rude even after i waited for 10 minutes twice and the reservation line rerouted me back to the main desk. I was super nice and just asked for help getting a room, but was denied :(

It was a great experience sitting at one of the tables on the dock before sunset and listening to live music.

Management unreasonable and obviously being paid by other guests for services not offered to everyone.

I left money in the safe on the room and unfortunately it was stolen. That change all what i liked about the facility and i will never recommend it to anyone for sure..

The front desk staff, room, and amenities were great upon check in. Upon check out, the girl who checked me out forgot to put the parking on my bill so when we went to leave the parking kiosk wanted to charge me $100. When someone from valet came over he stated I owed $100 for 1 night stay. I explained and showed our check out receipt and he stated well I can charge you $40 and open the gate for you. I replied with, parking is $20 as long as you leave by 5pm. I will just go back to the front desk. He then used his card and I paid the $20 to the kiosk. I would suggest training for valet and front desk about parking.
