Never had a complaint so far so good. . . I always get an XL pepperoni and it's delicious.

I'm from Manhattan lower east side and the pizza here is awesome, just like NYC pizza. My new favorite spot Marco polo pizza.

Have eaten here many times with my family. Pizza is always great! Garlic knots are wonderful. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean.

Had a terrible dinner. I ordered chicken parm and the chicken wasn't even
cooked all the way through. It was like eating rubber, so I only had a few bites of their spaghetti. The only reason I even ate a few bites was because it was so overpriced for being undercooked. The sauce literally tasted like Prego. This food was just nasty!

First visit and loved the spaghetti. They even made meat sauce for me even though it wasn't on the menu. Bravo!!

The best pizza in Saint Cloud and Florida. Excellent customer service. They are kind and respectful. Very reasonable prices. It's a real pizzeria with a New York flavor. It was the first time and I had a very positive experience that motivated me to make this review. I congratulate you, you have no competition in Saint Cloud. The only detail to improve is not to let the pizza burn underneath. The one I bought was a little bit burned but delicious.

Great food, and great staff. Glad they moved over to our town.

This is a great place for calzones and pizzas, they even have Gluten free calzones for gluten sensitive that my daughter loves!

i tried them several time, i always order chicken wing and large pizza, the pizza sometimes the give it to you fresh "sometimes"i guess, it depend of how the chiefs feel like...... the girls that answers the phones dont have an idea what is a customer service, she treat you like crap, this girl always talking to each other and looking at her nails i saw it twice, they always look very mad, if you dont like your job please give it to someone that wants it. the chicken wing again it depend how the chief wake up that day, 4 times took me to receive a 1 time good one because the winds were like old and very hard to it like a piece of rock......i will not recommend this place at all please stay away

Would have been 5, but i heard one of the guys in the back who didn't know i was there, jokingly making fun of asians so not cool. The rest of the staff was great and food was good too.

I eat here often best Pizza I've tried in Osceola county, I'm a new yorker so I'm picky about my Pizza.. everyone is very nice.. they do get busy at peak hours so call your order in, in advance.

Moved to the area recently and finally tried them out. I got a Gyros with fries for 8$. The food was great and I'm glad I found a place that has gyro in st cloud. It's hard to find.

If you have not eaten here, you really should. The food is off the chain!! <3

One of two of my favorite pizza places in St. Cloud for pizza and the rest of their menu!

We have ordered pizza a few times, and it is good. I ordered Lasagna a month ago, very dry and the garlic knots burned. I decided to try again last night, I ordered Lasagna again, garlic knots were good. The lasagna was covered in a thick cheese topping, when you dug in, it had ONE layer of lasagna noodle, a little meat/cheese top layer cheese and that was it! We won't be ordering dinners any more. Very disappointed. In the future, will try the Italian Rest in the other shopping center.

Update: We ordered pizza yesterday, and the dough tasted so salty, that it was horrible.

So I gave this pizza place one star the pizza crust looks frozen and the salads are way over priced for what get your better off going to publix you get more for money

Moved to St cloud about a year ago. Found this place and we go there all the time. Give them a try you will love them

They won't sale liter of soda to share with big groups they want u to spend almost 2$ on a cup instead .

Great place to go I love the staff their so friendlythe food is my favorite and the best ive had in St. Cloud the prices are great i come here almost every week.

An Italian restaurant that doesn't have baked ziti? Pretty dumb...pizza with meatballs but the grind up the meatballs and dont slice em ...phone rings off the hook before they pick up...orders not ready on time and a sloppy kitchen....wow wasnt like this before ...owner apparently doesn't care....wont be around too much longer at this rate

Horrible service. The girl at front were sooooo rude to me and my family. I had to take to the cooks to give me plates because I guess they didn t wanna serve people that are from another culture. And if I could I wouldn t give them any stars

The person who makes the pizza does not know how to make pizza. From the lack of ingredients to the final touch. This place use to be amazing but in this past year I will not recommend this pizzeria for nothing in the world. Their hygiene from a range 1 to 10 and 10 being the greatest and cleanest place this restaurant will get a minus 8.5!that is how dirty this place is. I order a calzone that was missing everything and they forgot to add the marinated sauce and when calling back "omg" it was impossible they never take responsibility and it is just a place that I end up throwing my money away. The first time I had an issue I was under the impression that maybe the workers where not following good etiquette and good customer service but the owner was working that day and I tell you if this guy who said is the owner it is for real he need to stay behind and hire people whom can work with the general public because this individual is rude unethical I mean I cannot find the words this guys is horrible. Ironically if you want to enjoy fresh ingredients and amazing customer service get out of that place and across the streets on the left hand side try Marcos pizza. I had the worse experience ever. And this people will not have my business any time soon. Horrible experience horrible taste cold pizza not finish missing ingredients and lack of hygiene. DO NOT GET YOUR PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN TOWN THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH A PENNY.

We stopped here for a quick bite after visiting an amusement attraction down the road. It was raining so we couldn't sit outside but that was an option. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us pick a great pizza. While the pizza cooked we walked down to Publix and did some shopping which was nice & helped kill the time. Pizza was delicious. Only slight setback was that they don't serve alcohol, but not a big deal.

A lil expensive, but they do have daily deals on food + free refills on fountain drinks. Service was good & friendly. Pizza was a bit too greasy. But then again, it's pizza. Wings were good.

Reviewed this great place and very pleased with their menu, atmosphere and service.

7/3/18 Very disappointed with the quality of food. Take out order. Ordered Meatballs, menu said 6 only got 5, and sauce was luke warm and Meatballs cold. Fries were ok but ketchup was not provided. Garlic knots were fresh and hot. The last time I ordered, it was the gyros and it too was not good. Not sure Why service and quality of food has gone down, but this will be my last ordere. I'm better off with Anthony's and Marco Pizza who deliver and their food is fresh and made to order. I've been a customer since you opened. Not anymore.

Marco Polo's is the best, most authentic New York/ Italian pizza in St. Cloud. Never disappoints!

be prepared to wait a while. I was told 20 minutes over the phone, but in actuality it takes 40 minutes to get a pizza. This has happened more than once.

Usually great service but today my slices were burnt to a crisp. :(. A business should always be honest and admit pizza is burnt and offer a new pie or better looking slices rather than serve less than quality food. I would rather wait for quality than pay almost $10 for burnt pizza. A little disappointed.
