The staff in person are nice, and sometimes seem to be helpful while other times they act like they don't believe you about anything. When I have a change that I need to report it takes about three to four times for it to actually show up in their system. I've had agents try to tell me that I didnt report this and that so I had to insist I had. It may be a good idea to keep a record of what you've told them and sent them.
The wait at the office isn't usually to long.
