Such a convenient app! I got my consultation within 10 minutes and picked up my prescription the next day, I'm never waiting at a medicenter again

So amazing. I was in so much pain at a time no doctors were open, and within an hour I had talked to a doctor and received a prescription. Seamless experience.

I used this service a couple of times while they were offering it for free and it honestly made me not want to go back to my regular doctor. The service itself is seamless, efficient, easy to use, and the doctors are incredible. Everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable and it took at most 10 minutes of my time to be seen and finish the consultation. Thanks so much!

Had a great experience with Maple! This was my first time using their service and I was highly impressed. I was facing long wait times at the walk in clinics here in Victoria and unfortunately I don t have a family Dr. The Dr I saw via video chat was professional, courteous and made me feel comfortable. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and provide the requisition form and prescription form promptly. Maple sent the prescription straight to the pharmacy and all I had to do was pick it up. Would highly recommend this service to anyone facing long wait times to see a Dr in person!

Needed a prescription renewal when my son s Dr office had closed. This was fast- Dr was friendly and helpful. Prescription was sent promptly to the location I had set in app. Would def use again

It has been a very positive experience dealing with Maple. I have to admit I was a skeptic at first, but not anymore. The service was amazing. I was able to sign up, and talk to a doctor in less then 10 minutes. I'm sure there will be a time that you would need to physically see a doctor, but in the meantime I will avoid the countless hours sitting in a waiting room.
The only downfall thus far is that OHIP does not cover Maple, so expect to pay a fee to consult with a doctor.

I can not give a star less to this service, god knows it is hard for foreign students to be treated, my situation was desperate and they did everything to help me (thank you Gregory).

I really like this service. I often cannot wait the times required up here in the North. Especially for something quick, or recurring. I felt listened to, understood and everything was so easy! I am encouraging my elderly mother to use this service for her uti meds. SO MUCH better than waiting 1-2 days and having to drive into town. (we're up in North Ontario). And the fee is tax deductible.

I called early Sunday April 5th and soon received a callback, a discussion and a much needed prescription. I was very pleased and will use Maple again.

Didn't charge when it was apparent the issue couldn't be treated via a phone appointment. Doctor available within 2 minutes.

Very easy to navigate through the app, wait time for a physician was less than 5 minutes. Once linked to the physician she was very thorough and professional and all I had to do was verify my ID and prescriptions needed. Choosing my local pharmacy was a breeze and they received my prescriptions immediately. All in all it took me about 20 minutes. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend Maple to anyone.

The response time was so fast, very efficient and detailed with history of my son, prescription was sent to pharmacy and I was notified every step of the way on how long it would be until prescription was to be picked up. I would definitely use this program again.

Maple 's website is very easy to navigate. I was able to see a doctor virtually and get refills on prescriptions quickly. Maple sent the prescription request to a pharmacist near me. All updates were sent via text message and email. 5/5 experience.

I've used this service twice; it is convenient and easy to use. Much better than putting yourself at risk in a crowded waiting room and wasting hours that would be better utilized resting or working.

Fantastic service! I am self isolating and unable to get out. I was pretty sure I had a sinus infection and the doctor confirmed that from my symptoms. He sent a prescription to my pharmacy and my son was able to pick it up for me. Really appreciated this app

The Doctor I dealt with from Ontario (I live in Saskatchewan) was very patient and asked all the right questions. I would use the service again. It saved me from going into emergency at our hospital and was just as efficient.

Worked great ! No issues, Dr. diagnosed me immediately, prescription filled, feeling better already !

The wait time was minimal. The doctor was patient and very helpful. I felt comfortable relating my symptoms and all my medications etc. I apprecaite their help- they even faxed a prescription to my drugstore. Excellent service

Once your account is s et up, you can literally be talking to a doctor in a few minutes; no trips to the clinic, no waiting rooms with sick people, no need for appointments or long delays for walk-ins. Have gotten prescriptions, referrals, test recommendations, etc with no trouble.

I am very happy to know that I can speak with a doctor for a few dollars.
We avoid waiting a long time to see a doctor.

Honestly this service has been a lifesaver for us esp during these crazy times. My parents are here on a temp visitor visa and to get a time with the doctors has been very easy and convenient. The customer service team has been top notch and the response time is amazing. Interactions with the doctors have been great. Dr Grossman and Dr Hogan are angels. Highly recommend this wonderful and convenient service. Yes it does cost money but might as well pay and get the diagnosis done quickly without going out of the house. And to the person behind this entire service, a BIG thank you!!

Super quick and easy to get a Rx instead of visiting a doctor's office with covid lockdown

Fantastic, professional, punctual. Even awesome if you're away from your regular doctor. Was able to confer about my issue, diagnose and perscription sent in a way shorter time than if I went to my nearest available doctor. Deserves more than 5 stars.

I know when I have strep as I get it several times a year so to get a prescription it was worth the $49 not to sit in a waiting room with 4 kids risking exposure to the flu and other illness.

Excellent drs, short wait time, help on demand, on your schedule, whenever you need it, from the comfort of your own home. A life saver for me!

Not having a family doctor at the moment (which I have been waiting for over a year now) and along with the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been extremely difficult to process simple issues unless you go to a walk-in clinic or wait unnecessarily in Emerg at my local hospital for a simple prescription.

I appreciate the professionalism and compassion applied in my discussion with the physician.

Great experience! I was able to send the doctor a photo of my sons rash and she prescribed the needed treatment right away.

i have no photos. i had talked to one doctor,they didn't know what i was asking. thetech support said try another doctor. i did he was wonderful and i had my medications by 2pm delivered the next day, ty

It a very helpful service, specially in during this days, is quick, you get your diagnostic right away. I used twice and I love it.

I was needing a prescription filled during this Covid 19. I signed up for a consultation with the online Doctor. As I didn't want to sit in a clinic . This experience was so easy, professional and very helpful. I was treated like I was important. The correct meds were prescribed, and were faxed to my local Pharmacy where my husband was able to pick up for me. I can now breathe again. I am very grateful for online Maple. Thank you.

The Dr. responded for a consultation immediately indicating I would get a call back from the hospital. Unfortunately, the hospital never contacted me.

I had been bitten by my cat quite deeply on my middle finger as she was trapped in a recliner chair mechanism. Cat was alright but next morning my finger was red and swollen. My GP was away and there are no walk in clinics in our small city. I knew I needed antibiotics. Found Maple in my online search. From my own kitchen at home it took half an hour from creating my account on Maple, chatting with the doctor online, then Maple sent the prescription to my preferred pharmacy. Ten minutes later my pharmacist called to say my prescription was ready! I definitely would recommend Maple to others. A great new service.

This service is fantastic. The app is well designed and straightforward, within about 20 minutes I talked to a doctor and had a doctor's note emailed toe instantly.

First experience with Maple was very good. I was able to speak with a Dr. within 15 minutes. Review of my situation was more detailed than I expected, with suggestions relating to other matters that I should bring up with my family doctor.

I don't have a family dr, and I work all the time so I took a chance on Maple & within 10 mins I had a prescription refill. Great service, great program. Way beats sitting in a walk-in clinic for 2 hours especially in COVID times.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible service and even worse doctors. They adverstise for convivence on issues such as UTI's, flu, fevers, skin problems etc and yet they refuse to see you and recommend a walk-in doctor instea. So what is your service for?

It was a blessing to get a remote doctor with the help of maple I got my medication and assessment. Wonderful service.

More Canadians need to know about this app! I felt like I was getting a cold; stuffy sinuses, cough, tight chest etc. But I need to make sure my mom s okay and I didn t want to take any risks. I registered at 8am, saw a doctor virtually by 8:45, had a COVID test by 1:30 - didn t even wait in any line up - and had my results by 7am the next morning. This was all covered by OHIP. Awesome service!

This is great. I'm 65, and it couldn't be easier to use. From my home I connect with one of Maple's doctors , Dr. Chen, he was caring and through. He gave me all the time I needed even the my learning curve to this system .
Dr. Chen diagnosed me , and gave me instruction on what to do. This was all done by texting. There are other ways of connecting if texting is not for you. I will definitely call Maple the next time I need a doctor, no waiting same day no waiting room.

A total scam! They take your money then tell you they can not treat you online and that you get refunded! This is disgusting to take advantage of people during a time like this. I will report this and make sure they will be dealt with. Beware please!

This is a great way to see a doctor from home. I used this service as I was unable to get a doctors appointment from my family doctor. I logged in and had a doctor on the line within 10 minutes. After a discussion he prescribed me some meds and had the script faxed to my local pharmacy. He also gave me some advise on how to improve my condition without meds. I will definitely use again.

Went to the clinic and told it would be a 2 hour wait. The girl at shoppers suggested Maple. Incredible, why haven't I been doing this? Highly recommend Maple

Excellent process and was able to get a diagnosis and prescription virtually. Dr faxed over the prescription and then I just picked up the prescription at the nearest pharmacy.

Doing it virtually saved me travel and wait time at a doctors office to only been seen for 2 min and given the same diagnosis and prescription. The virtual experience was much better. This is my 2nd time dealing with Maple. Highly recommend it.

Amazing service. All the doctors very knowledgeable, do not rush you, unreal service. I cannot say enough great things about this. I wish the specialists were a little cheaper but in terms of quality, look no further. This is what medical service should be like in Canada. Unfortunately most doctors are rude and just want to get you out of their office quickly. I was in love with this service after the 2 week free trial from Shoppers and will be getting it for the full year in the near future.

VERY convenient! I have horrible social anxiety and sometimes waiting too see a doc for an hour plus just isn t possible, the doctor I spoke with was great and very efficient. Will probably be using maple instead of trying to get into a walk in clinic from now on ( most are full half hour after opening) I hope someday family doctors with this app will be possible :)

At a time during Covid-19 where it is hard to get a doctor's appointment, and even multiple attempts to even get through to your doctor's office, I was lucky to see that Shoppers Drug Mart provided this service free of charge. After two weeks of isolating, my cough, which only got worse at night, hasn't stopped and there were no other symptoms of Covid. I used Maple to speak to a doctor from Alberta and he diagnosed me through chat, provided a prescription directly to Shoppers for me to pick up the next day. Amazing.
The prescription worked and now my cough is gone.
Thank you Maple...otherwise, who knows if I could even get a hold of my regular doctor.
