I needed to get advice on a medical concern towards the end of the day, so instead of waiting for my family doctor or going to the Emergency Dept. I put a request through Maple. It was super fast and I was able to send pictures and describe my concerns so that the Doctor had all the necessary tools to diagnose. I was very impressed with the service!

The service was quick, I signed up on line and had a short consultation with a Doctor, filled out a profile and sent a picture of my Drivers license. Shortly after that they sent my prescription to the shoppers I was at, start to finish about 1/2 an hour. Will definitely use this app again.

Was quick, simple and easy - the doctor I spoke to was thorough and answered my questions. I had to get a prescription, and it was sent to the drug store within 10 minutes of my call, and filled within the hour. Great first experience - and since my issue didn't really need to see a doctor face to face immediately ( I will need to but on my time), I was really happy to not have to sit like cattle for multiple hours at the walk in clinics here in NS to hopefully see a doctor for 5 minutes to get the same prescription I got in a total of 10-15 minutes...well worth the cost in my opinion.

I used Maple to get an expired prescription for my epi pen renewed. Getting the prescription was no problem, and the Doctor I was hooked up with was great, the only negative thing is that the delivery company never contacted me. I understand that they are certainly swamped right now, but they should have contacted me and said I had to come in for it or something. Being without my epi-pen is a little nerve wracking, especially considering response times for emergency services at the moment.
Wait time was low and Doctor was helpful. I will use MAPLE again!

I found Maple during this period of isolation and consulted a dermatologist regarding a strange rash on my skin. I really liked using the service as the App is visually and functionally well-designed, the doctor was matched with me quickly, the consultation as well as follow-up prescription were both a breeze.
