I was able to sign up, schedule an appointment and see a doctor, and have a prescription faxed to my pharmacy all within an hour and from the comfort of my home. Very pleased.

I hade problems with my prescription and they help me out to my satisfaction... amazing service ... a bit expensive but worth it ... don t be afraid it s legit ... I was scared at first but I m glad that I went over my fear and use their service ....

Maple was godsend. It was late on a Friday night when I logged onto their service for the first time. I was very sick with a UTI/Kidney Infection in the middle of Covid. As a visitor to town, I didn't have a primary care doctor and was nervous about going to urgent care due the pandemic. I wasn't sure what to expect from this service - but I was able to speak to a doctor within a couple of minutes. After discussing my symptoms and medical history, he ultimately diagnosed me as having a kidney infection and was able to call in an antibiotics prescription to a nearby 24 hour pharmacy. I started feeling better within a day and am so grateful Maple was there when I needed it.

Since that first time, I have also used Maple to refill a prescription that ran out while I was in town. It was extremely convenient and timesaving in this regard too.

Worked very well after learning what the steps were to setting up and requesting a preliminary test for Covid19. Staff were thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only request I would make the process/steps more clearly available after account setup. The client is left wondering what to do next.

That being said, it was wonderful having the ability to setup an appointment for testing, at no cost, with dedicated, reliable medical staff is something that cannot be overlooked or taken for granted.

Fantastic! So good it was almost unreal. Dr Sabean was online with my prescription within minutes! Took so much stress away! Now if only the pharmacies would be able to fulfill it at this time..lbut, I understand they are certainly doing their best. Thank you Dr Sabean...you saved me!!! Highly recomend this app!

It was very handy to be able to call a doctor on a Sunday night. I had high hopes that this would be better than my regular doctor. I had a fall and hit my head on the ice. I just found the visit very transactional and not enough questions were asked. I got what I needed, but it really lacked the compassionate care was looking for.

The service was quick, I signed up on line and had a short consultation with a Doctor, filled out a profile and sent a picture of my Drivers license. Shortly after that they sent my prescription to the shoppers I was at, start to finish about 1/2 an hour. Will definitely use this app again.

Very easy to use and very fast ! Took only about 10 minute total for a consultation to the time I had a confirmation of rx refill from my pharmacy. Will definitely be using again.

If you don't log in at 8am, you won't get an appointment. This should be clearly stated somewhere on the site. Once you get in, the wait for a doctor is not too long. The doctors were great. It's very scary to not know how long you will have to wait. Give us a timeframe or count down or place in the queue or something. The actual Covid19 test appointment was fantastic.

Fast efficient, affordable price. I needed a doctor without appointment but no place in the clinic, with Maple, fast in less than 10 minutes.

Woke up Monday morning desperate for a prescription for a UTI. Didn t have time for a walk- in clinic because I had to go to work. I found Maple online ( there s an App for it too). It was easy to sign up, a doctor messaged me within 5 minutes. I texted details of my medical history and the problem I was having. I answered some questions about my condition. He confirmed the diagnosis and sent a prescription to my pharmacy which was ready to be picked up shortly after the pharmacy opened. It provides online services for an extensive number of issues. I will definitely use it again and would recommend it to anyone who doesn t have access to a doctor or nurse practitioner when you need it. Oh yeah- it s 24/7!!!!

I was very pleased with the prompt service we received for my son s eye infection. Upon filling out our information, we were greeted with a live doctor within five minutes. She was very professional and thorough with her questions. Immediately after the examination, we received a prescription that was sent instantly to our regular pharmacist for pickup. Highly recommended!

I couldn t be happier with this site. I m a US citizen needing RX in a remote area of NW Ontario. No doctors available to write a script for my meds. In 15 minutes and after a video conference I had refills for 2 months. This is awesome! And very reasonably priced!!!

Very easy to use the entire process only took 10 minutes and they faxed my prescription right to my pharmacy. Would definitely recommend especially as an alternative to waiting in a busy walk in clinic.

I did wait over 8 hours for the Dr to call but finally she did. She was funny but professional. She did not rush me. I felt very comfortable. This was my first virtual experience. My appt came next morning early. My results of my test were in could be less but I checked 2nd day.
The whole experience was good. Would so do it again.
As a matter of fact mentioned to someone this site so they could get a test done and I realized you have to pay for it but price wise so reasonable for what needed to be done. Also got a Dr note for work . No charge. Who does that. Nothing but positive things to say.

Having an extremely frustrating technical insurance issue - BEWARE!! It says right on their website that the on-demand therapy is covered by most insurance companies (and I checked that mine would be covered) - yet they cannot provide the proper documentation in order to submit it for an insurance claim, and now I will not be reimbursed. I purchased a large credit package that would have been covered with insurance but now I feel scammed and they will not give me a refund for the remaining amount.

Amazing experience, fast, friendly practitioner and highly effective! From app download to prescription - 20 minutes! Especially since I was on a ski trip and was able to send the prescription to the local ski resort pharmacy. 5-start experience.

Don't understand why I was charged when my daughter the day before was not also a friend today was not.

I had a great experience using Maple. I didn t have to wait long to have a doctor chat with me. I d use this service for all non emergency visits when you can t sit in a waiting room for hours at a clinic.

During this COVID period my workplace implemented the use of Maple for medical questions/concerns/prescriptions etc. It has been amazing for me and especially my at risk family members. It's allowed us to consult with a Dr - especially important is the record of the conversation and the ability to share photographs. This has been an amazing service!

I had a 10 minute consultation with a Doctor on Maple a week ago today. The doctor I seen was efficient and informative. He prescribed me 2 medications right over the app and I just had to go to my local pharmacy and pick them up. The medication he prescribed to me has worked better than anything I d been prescribed by my family doctor locally and my ailments are practically eradicated. I am highly impressed with Maple and would absolutely recommend it! I will use it again without hesitation when I need medical attention.

Everything was great except they are not providing handy prescription so it will be very difficult to submit it to any Pharmacy to get the medication

An excellent app. Tried it for first time. Did not want to spend hours in a waiting room. I was given a very comprehensive list of conditions to pick from. Was asked what I hoped to get (looks a lot like the WhatsApp platform). I listed the prescription I was looking for. I described my symptoms. Chatted with a doctor in Alberta. Described my symptoms. He asked a few questions, explained what he was going to prescribe and the side effects. I was asked to photograph and upload my id. I was then asked to pick my pharmacy from a comprehensive list. Voila, it was done. I went a picked up my prescription, no problem. Even better, we have a Health Spending Account. I submitted the invoice for the consultation and the HSA (Quikcard) paid it within a few days.

Fast, efficient, Professional. Really nothing to complain about. Great Service !

The doctor that I dealt with was very helpful. I was able to message with him within 10 minutes of creating my account on the app. He gave very helpful advice and was able to fill a prescription for me. So glad this exists. Received a much needed prescription over this app in a minimal amount of time.

Maple was able to provide prompt service, fax a prescription to the pharmacy and is available on weekends as well. The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because I was assumed to have a cellphone to take pictures. I do not own a cellphone and it was difficult to send a pic of both feet on a laptop.

I have a member of the family who is immune-compromised. During the pandemic, having Maple has been a game changer. To avoid physically going into a doctor's office or hospital may have, quite literally, been life saving. Thank you team Maple!

I was extremely pleased with my experience in speaking to a doctor on line and had my prescription for penicillin within an hour or. Would highly recommend Maple.

Used the app and couldn't of been happier. Probably saved me over 2-3 hours of personal time, yet alone the headache. To me $50 is a small price for that. I would absolutely recommend the service to anyone.

Maple is a great service to access professional doctors and get prescriptions for current conditions. It saves time but skipping the wait and travel time to see a doctor. Highly recommend.

My experience with maple was a super efficient.. completely 100% satisfied with the doctor , the easy to use app and the no problem or complications with pick-up of my prescriptions from designated pharmacy.. The process was quick and easy. The doctor was knowledgeable, professional, asked the right questions. He asked if I agreed with his diagnosis and wasn t going to end the appointment until I was completely happy. He then asked if I had any other concerns or questions. I was happy with the information he provided me, so he submitted my prescription. I picked it up at the selected pharmacy shortly after. It was a positive spin on visiting a physician even for someone with white coat syndrome and doesn t especially enjoy doctor appointments. I highly recommend the service and will be back again in the future. 2 thumbs up!!

I needed some medical help while I was outside Canada. I had no access to a doctor where I was. I was very impressed with the speedy, professional and reassuring service I got from Canadian doctors through Maple. I would not hesitate to use this service again and am very glad it exists!

I had an excellent consultation on chat with dr. timothy walters in Vancouver BC Canada. My family doctor's phone was not working and clinic was shut down. He faxed my full prescription medications to costco warehouse pharmacy in Kelowna BC. Very efficient and my health care # paid for the consultation.

During the social distancing changes seeing a doctor without going to the emergency room made the process very slow! I used Maple, through the Shopper's Drugmart app, and I didn't have to leave the house with my 4 kids, as a single mom, I'd have no choice but to bring them. It was such a relief to have Maple there and the great and very kind doctor I spoke with. I highly recommend!

Had an awesome experience all three times I've used the application. Had my meds shipped once and picked them up at the local pharmacy for the others. Really excellent care!

Used this service for a prescription that would otherwise have me visiting 2 separate doctors/offices; found it extremely helpful, the assessment process was quite thorough and my prescription arrived within one day; it would have taken weeks to go through my primary care provider and referral to a specialist plus I avoided exposing myself to this pandemic virus; would highly recommend using this service.

I was really sick and not improving, my family physician/clinics would not see me during covid times and I didn't want to burden the emergency room or risk my health sitting in the emergency room. Shoppers Drug Mart had a link to Maple. Wait time was short (20 min at the most). Had a consult. Got the prescriptions I needed and they were automatically sent to my pharmacy all from my own bed. I needed Maple 2 times during this illness and on their advice I did go to the emergency room. I needed Maple a 3rd time as my new prescriptions were causing side effects. I'm so grateful to Maple and would not hesitate to recommend them. Especially during these odd times. But also for anyone who can't get to their Dr easily.

It's not a good idea to have medication delivered, for a simple reason: are you confident enough the deliverer will care more about your health or their "milky-way" route improvement management? In the options they even say they don't work 24/7 and a delivery could take 1 to 3 days. So if you get sick on a Friday and get a prescription after 6pm, they will only start processing it on Monday after 8am. Can you wait? I'm giving minimum stars just because the crew I talked to on the phone were very nice, but the service seems pointless.

I was very impressed with my experience with Maple.It was easy to create a profile, including my medical history. I was able to consult with a physician in ten minutes. I was able to explain my issue and the doctor (Dr.Ang) diagnosed me quickly. She wrote a prescription right away. Then my script was faxed to the pharmacy of my choosing. The entire process took twenty minutes. The physician was very professional. What a great alternative to walk-in clinic and emergency department.

Useless- went online for a simple issue that needed antibiotics and was told go to a walk in clinic ...don t waste your money

Amazing service. I was connected nearly instantly to a family doctor. The doctor was kind and really took the time to listen to me. For once I didn t feel rushed (as I usually do in walk in clinics). I got a prescription in no time and headed straight to the pharmacy to pick it up. Such a great service!

I had not even heard of Maple before I contacted them. Their website is very easy to navigate and I was blown away at how friendly they were and how efficient everything was handled. I would recommend everyone give them a try for basic medical requirements !

First time using it and it was pretty amazing and easy to use!

This service is a life-saver. It is easy to set up at any Shoppers Drug Mart and the wait time for an online consultation is about 5-20 mins. It can all be conducted at the pharmacy if necessary and the prescription can be sent right there for immediate pickup. I could hardly believe my luck that this was available when I needed it.

We used this service two times. The first doctor was good, but the second one was not. Just told me my son had to go into the clinic to be seen then ended the chat abruptly, without giving us a chance to respond. Definitely will never use again and it was being offered as a three month free trial by our insurance company.

My friend had a terrible experience with this company.
Long story short: Waited all day for a specialist to call, told them the symptoms was told "everything is fine", the doctor used one of the symptoms as the diagnosis and charged 200$ and customer support says they can't help because was technically diagnosed.
Full story: He thought he was having hormonal issues so he saw an endocrinologist. He was not given a time so he had to wait around all day for the specialist to call him. During the what turned out to be a 5 minute call my friend listed his symptoms and the specialist just told him he was fine and then listed my of his symptoms as a diagnosis. So my friend called customer service because Maple is supposed to have a policy that you get your money back if a doctor can't help you. And they said they couldn't do anything because he gave a diagnosis (even though it was just one of my friends symptoms). Thankfully my friend went to a different doctor and was properly diagnosed and is now being treated.
