Fantastic caring staff! I had my front tooth repaired several times in another state to the point I left the chip alone because I was told the entire tooth would need replaced. At Criscione it was repaired and it s been going two years strong! The hygienists are also amazing and very knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough!

I just started coming here. The main concern is nobody is very gentle. They dont tell you what they are doing. Im usually in a lot of pain after just getting a basic filling. There is one hygenist that is great but I have to remember to request her. Im considering a new office because of how rough everyone is.

What a find! So happy to have a gentle dentist again. Dr. Sype and his staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

My dental pieces were monitored regularly with x Ray's, and I was told that their conditions were ok, and they didn't show any decay. In a laps of 6 months or so the decay showed up needing a crown replacements. They came up with two crown replacements, this was s very expensive crown replacement and I got the impression the dentist didn't review or analysed the x Ray's or the teeth conditions.

In addition, que billing system is confusing and make you feel you're a delinquent in a very passive aggressive way.

The dental hygienist are excellent though but not all them.

My cleaning and exam were done thoroughly by friendly, professional staff.

Had a problematic molar and Criscione Dental suggested I see an endo. Three months later it I decided it was time so I made an endo appt. Ten days out from the endo appt. my tooth started hurting 24/7. Six days out from the endo appt. it became unbearable so I called Criscione, hoping to get something for the pain until my endo appt. I told Karen what was happening and she had a different idea, suggesting I see an endo right across the hall from them. She called me back within 3 minutes and had me set to see Dr. Nguyen in the next 90 minutes. Wow on both parts! Dr Nguyen examined me and determined I didn't need a root canal but an extraction of my wisdom tooth, which needed to be done by a dentist. I walked back across the hall (how convenient) and within 5 minutes Dr. Mike's (who had to juggle some patients) and his staff had me sitting in his chair prepping for the extraction. I am so grateful to Dr. Mike and his wonderful staff who cared enough to get me treated and out of pain as quickly as possible. If I could give more stars, I would!

Dr. Criscione is a fantastic dentist. He diagnoses issues and makes sure you know your options on treatment. He and his staff are professional and lovely people. They are updated with the latest dental technogy, have a beautiful office and make you feel comfortable when you re there. I can t say enough good things about my dentist! I would definitely recommend him, my whole family goes here.

Friendly, convenient and they don't push the BS extra work that is just to bill insurance benefits. They are great with my daughter as well, she is always excited for check-ups. This is probably the only time in my life I have ever considered recommending a dentist!

I came in with concerns about several teeth and Dr. Vic was very thorough and provided me with all options and ways to solve the issue. He was professional and very friendly.

It is always a pleasure to see Julie at the front desk who is very friendly and professional, and gives me a sense of warmth each time I visit. Julie was not there yet when I first walked inside this morning. I believe Debbie was there who ended up greeting me, and it just felt a bit systematic and not very warm. I did however enjoy my appt with Tawny so much that I have requested her for my next dental cleaning she was very informative, humorous and thorough. Dr. Lenard is always thorough when examining my teeth and offers helpful advice. Having worked in customer service for many years, the initial friendly greeting is so vital to the start of any appointment . I definitely will recommend this office to my family and friends.

Landry was awesome with my daughter, Bree was great helping Dr. Andy with a filling and tooth extraction! My 10 year old didn't even know that Dr. Andy gave her 3shots, gave her a filling and pulled a tooth, all in about 15 minutes and the whole time Dr., and Bree were joking around with her. Highly recommend this family Dentistry we have been going as a family for 10 years

An exceptionally well run professional practice with a friendly atmosphere. Skills at all positions are gold medal worthy. I ve known several dentists over 50 plus years of sometimes difficult procedures and Dr. Mike has never failed to impress me with his diagnostic and implementation skills.

The dentist and hygienists were nice, but the front desk and billing staff were so rude it made the experience at this dental office terrible! I will never go back as they treat you like a criminal and talk down to you in an impolite manner. I have never been treated like this in a dental office!

Outstanding Dentist! I am a second generation client to Criscione Family Dentistry. My daughter is now a third generation client. Dr. Mike Criscione and his support staff are the Porsche of dentistry. They provide nothing but the best in bedside manner. (especially Kim one of the dental techs) When my wife and I first started dating she stayed over at my house one night. She asked if I had an extra toothbrush she could use. Having just been in for a cleaning I happen to have my Criscione Family Dentistry toothbrush. She came out of the bathroom laughing, telling me how Dr. Mike was her dentist also! Who knows, you too just might meet your future partner at Criscione Family Dentistry. If that isn't reason enough to visit Dr. Mike, I have two close personal friends who are also dentists and I still choose to see Dr. Mike. I am ashamed to admit how long it had been since my last cleaning. Tawny took great care of me and not a word was spoken about my failure to call to schedule. She did a fabulous cleaning and it was very relaxed and surprisingly fun! Dr.Mike saw me for my exam/inspection and I passed with flying colors. All of his dental work is perfectly sound. The office is clean and the people are friendly and kind. If you are looking for a dental home this is the place!

Due to Covid-19 nd other problems, it has been 15 months since my last dental exam/cleaning. Kim is one of the best hygienists that I have ever had. Both she and Dr. Mike were respectful in their manner and offered easy-to-understand explanations of recommended treatment plan. Linda in the front office thoroughly explained costs of treatment. They generously offered a "courtesy discount" because I am 65.

Criscioni Family Dentistry puts people first. No matter which dentist or hygienist I have seen they are the best of the best. Their office staff is amazing! Thank you for years of service.

Dr. Sype and Tawny made a normally unpleasant experience almost enjoyable. I have avoided going to any dentist for years due to my fear of dentistry. Tawny is experienced in working with anxious patients and her compassion and skills are remarkable. Together, they make a phenomenal team that I trust and will continue to seek services from.

I was surprised and pleased with the care used at the office with regard to Covid-19. In addition, Dr. Holly and his assistant (Anna) were very professional and were able to repair two damaged teeth. I received excellent care and plan to transfer dental care to this clinic. Very, very pleased with the experience and outcome.

Went for my delayed 6 months checkup. All Covid-19 procedures very well done and Hygienist Kim was excellent. She has superb inter-personal skills and was very informative about my ongoing dental hygiene requirements. Nice little bag of samples, but the small pot of tooth polishing material was totally dry and impossible to put on my toothbrush. Dr. Mike was his usual cheerful and humourous self. Overall a thoroughly professional experience

I have been a patient for 23 years and every visit like today I felt well treated like in a first class seat. The practice deeply follows the COVID ordinances and am so comfortable and worry free. The dental office was clean and they took my temperature. The office was not crowded. My teeth were cleaned well. However the hygienist wore her loose fitting mask almost below her nose and she talked the whole time very close to me. Also I saw probably an ok dentist but not my dentist and I wasn t asked about this.
