I have worked for Manna's non-profit for almost a year. Working for the charity side of Manna has opened my eyes to how much this company gives! From the corporate offices to the cafes, they are very generous. Their heart is to help their associates with emergency assistance and to help individuals and groups in the community. I am thankful to be able to work here.

I have worked for Manna Development Group for about 8 years now (10.5 total with Panera). The culture of this company is why I have stayed for so long. You know how people say find something you love doing so it doesn't feel like work? Well I have found that here. We are a huge and constantly growing family that are dedicated to serving others and it has been amazing. Truly blessed!
MICROMANAGING INGRATES! Offer letter stated cell phone with no data limit mentioned, gas card with no limit mentioned, $15. Per day to eat at any Panera Cafe with no time restrictions mentioned. Once aboard the company basically rescinds all offered to only 1 gig allowed on phone, gas purchased is frowned upon, the $15 meal is only allowed at off hours. Their subcontractors claim they weren't paid When original company named Simac Construction went bankrupt. Also, their star employee was screwed out of compensation. CHEAP CHEAP company. Avoid at all costs. Buyer beware.
