I had several one of a kind experiences with VaporizerUSA. They have the most knowledgeable and courteous staff I have ever dealt with. I got two vaporizers and several accessories from them. They took the time to explain each one of them and answered all my questions. They clearly care about their customers. They have a great showroom as well. You can preview all models with their staff on-site. 2 months later, I had a small problem with one of my units (my fault but the unit became loose at the mouthpiece area), they helped me with the return process and got me a replacement directly from the manufacturer. Overall, great experience. If you are local to them, I would recommend stopping by and see it yourself.

Great group of people and very pleasant to deal with. I bought three vaporizers (one was a gift) over the last 2 years and I am not disappointed. They have great selection at their location and they know the products in detail. They helped me choose brands within my budget. Loved the Haze which I got in January especially. Thank you all. I will be back and send as many friends as I can to your way.

This company does not guarantee you a working prod...

This company does not guarantee you a working product. I paid $97.50 for a unit that wouldn't hold any charge at all. Called company they said, "send it in." we will send you a working one, sorry about that." Sent unit via United States Postal Service. about 4 weeks later the package arrives undelivered by USPS back to me. I immediately called the company and told them. He looked up my sales record and the sales date, says, "No problem, I understand, send it in." He did not tell me that I was now required to pay an additional $45.50 to receive a working product. Why would I have bothered to call if not for information like that, I specifically asked if I was still under that warranty and if I should still send it in or if it had been too long.

Then I receive an invoice from the company for an additional $45.50 that I am required to pay before they will send out the original item I purchased for $97.50. That said I was returning it outside of the guaranteed window. Despite the fact that I notified them immediately after receiving the unit that it was working, shipped it in, communicated clearly and straightforward when it came back and sent it right in a second time.
The man transfered me to a woman who is in-charge of the returns. I explained the dates I called in, what had happened and she said she would love to send me a brand new product not the old one I sent back for $45.50. I did not swear, or yell, I just said, "I know! I purchased a brand new unit not one that won't charge. I am absolutely not going to give you more money for what I already bought. That's 50% of the total price. She hung up on me.

Called back, guy just pulled all of this, "company policy, we don't care if you don't have what you paid for, company policy, 30 days no matter what. we don't see people. we don't care about people, just numbers.

Good news is that I paid via PAYPAL. They were fast and easy to work with, filed a claim. The woman who told me there was no way they would do anything without additional money from me and who hung up on me, called me 1 hour after paypal contacted them with my claim. She asked if I would like a new product or a full refund. She was absolutely impossible on the phone, then when paypal called her out she did a 180. Real companies shouldn't need paypal to step in like a parent would.

This company offers lower prices on units because they do everything within their power to add additional fees etc.... If you are still considering purchasing from them read their fine print and return policy, as it's likely you will receive an item that isn't working, as two out of 6 reviews on here note (not good odds).

Avoid this company at all cost. They expect the customer to pay for return shipping on defective merchandise and will make you jump through hoops in the process. Mind you i have drive 20 minutes there and back to the closest UPS to do so. I have to wait 7-10 days to go through processing for 'distributer inspection'.

I didn't get the color I wanted and the nice kicker there is a 15% restocking fee?!?!?!?!

The product did not charge...it is unusable....why is this my fault??!?!? Why do you treat your customers in the fashion?

I won this Haze 2.5 and they sent it out in record time. VERY happy with the win and with Jason having them send out the unit so quickly. Will recommend this store for sure. I have relatives in Atlanta so when I am in town will try to go visit in person to thank them in person.

First off, VaporizerUSA is also VaporSeller, SecretVape, and VapeUS. they "accidentally" sent me two of my order. Each came from a different state and the second showed a pesron's name as the sender so I was understandably confused as I didn't know who this person was or why she was sending me merchandise that I'd already received from the company. A few days after receiving the second package I got a phone call and a nasty message from VaporSeller stating that they would call the police if I didn't return it immediately. Any reputable company would call and ask you to return the second item or pay for it. They would not threaten you. I returned it to the tune of $15 for shipping because I can't get in touch with anyone at the company. I have several different phone numbers but there is no answer at any of them.

Long story short - pay the extra and order from another company.
