This company does not guarantee you a working product. I paid $97.50 for a unit that wouldn't hold any charge at all. Called company they said, "send it in." we will send you a working one, sorry about that." Sent unit via United States Postal Service. about 4 weeks later the package arrives undelivered by USPS back to me. I immediately called the company and told them. He looked up my sales record and the sales date, says, "No problem, I understand, send it in." He did not tell me that I was now required to pay an additional $45.50 to receive a working product. Why would I have bothered to call if not for information like that, I specifically asked if I was still under that warranty and if I should still send it in or if it had been too long.
Then I receive an invoice from the company for an additional $45.50 that I am required to pay before they will send out the original item I purchased for $97.50. That said I was returning it outside of the guaranteed window. Despite the fact that I notified them immediately after receiving the unit that it was working, shipped it in, communicated clearly and straightforward when it came back and sent it right in a second time.
The man transfered me to a woman who is in-charge of the returns. I explained the dates I called in, what had happened and she said she would love to send me a brand new product not the old one I sent back for $45.50. I did not swear, or yell, I just said, "I know! I purchased a brand new unit not one that won't charge. I am absolutely not going to give you more money for what I already bought. That's 50% of the total price. She hung up on me.
Called back, guy just pulled all of this, "company policy, we don't care if you don't have what you paid for, company policy, 30 days no matter what. we don't see people. we don't care about people, just numbers.
Good news is that I paid via PAYPAL. They were fast and easy to work with, filed a claim. The woman who told me there was no way they would do anything without additional money from me and who hung up on me, called me 1 hour after paypal contacted them with my claim. She asked if I would like a new product or a full refund. She was absolutely impossible on the phone, then when paypal called her out she did a 180. Real companies shouldn't need paypal to step in like a parent would.
This company offers lower prices on units because they do everything within their power to add additional fees etc.... If you are still considering purchasing from them read their fine print and return policy, as it's likely you will receive an item that isn't working, as two out of 6 reviews on here note (not good odds).
