Useless. Absolutely useless. I have visited for various things regularly for the past 8 years and never had better than a satisfactory experience. Most notable experiences are from May/June '13 - just after they took over the old Audi building. The original car I bought had a fault, a technician agreed. Went in for a day and came back with "Nothing wrong." Exercised my right to change the car and was told the service plan I bought just transfers over. Months later, I had the new car in a different dealer getting a service (chose to drive an extra 30min to them to avoid Swindon) and surprise, surprise, the service plan wasn't transferred over to the new car, so cue a 2 hour ordeal on the phone waiting for a call back that never came, then going into the place only to be asked "What do you want me to do about it?" The other dealership who were doing the service were not prepared to release the car until the service was paid for. It took me ranting and raving at Swindon to get them to call the other dealer and approve the payment. Now, 2 months later, my car is going in (to the other dealer) for a bit of minor warranty work and, loe and behold, I hear that Swindon still haven't sorted the service plan. Absolutely useless staff and some are quite obnoxious, despite their errors. One even said "You're welcome" to us as we left, as if he had somehow done something for us... he hadn't. The highlight of the visit? "I didn't call you because I had nothing to tell you." Even though he did. Please avoid this lot. Go elsewhere.
