Manito Tap House Review

I had the tap house burger and it was not good it was not cooked right 2 times I have been there now. Both times the servers I had seemed to be mad and came to my table very few times. Employees we cussing very loud. Maybe opening a new restaurant wasn't a good idea I have spoke with quite a bit of my friends and the tap house seems to be going down hill.

A little on the pricier side but more than worth it for the atmosphere, good service and good food

Horrible experience, waiter didn't listen and didn't seem to care! He was my voice to the kitchen to make sure I was safe. I explained that I was celiac, I understand that the restaurant is certified GF. I do eat out fair bit and as long as the kitchen is aware and careful I am fine. We ordered Jalapeno appy to start and burgers as a main. Within 5 minutes of eating the appy I started to be sick. We asked for our burgers to go as we knew I would be sick. The waiter charged us for everything. To top it off I couldn't even eat my burger because it wasn't made correctly (wrong order) Too bad, the place looked great. Paid for items I couldn't even eat. Now I am sick, mad and hungry .

Great, local pub with great prices and friendly staff. The outdoor seating is our favorite!

Service is very casual and lively - but the burger was beyond incredible. Flavors played off of each other perfectly and it was prepared right. Mac and cheese was unique and delicious. One of a kind dining experience. Just make sure you're not in a hurry, because they are not.

I LOVE this place!! The vibe, the drinks, the staff, the food... Summer night patio seating is my favorite!

Over 40 beers on tap, rotating taps and nitros paired with some amazing food.

The grass-fed beef from this green restaurant provides a mouth-watering compliment to a delicious porter (or other beer of your choice) and the atmosphere feels like a good, upscale bar.

The only downside? The parking lot is small and the location is a bit hard to get to the first time.

This place is great for locals and visitors alike! Cool aptmosphere, exclusive menu, and more microbrews than you can count. I especially enjoyed the Green Chile Mac & Cheese.... Definitely give it a try!

Delicious Brewpub. I got the Curry flavored stout from Ballast Point. It had a big Octopus on the label. Paired excellent with the sweet potato fries and dip.

They offer samples of every drink, and the taps they have to offer are amazing. They really get a great variety. The food is great--I've yet to have something I don't love. And their sweet potato waffle fries? Worth every penny and more.

Good beer list, although they don't always have everything on the list. Unique food on the menu. One of my favorite places. Wish they would utilize the porch more. Service is always good. Always busy.

Yummy food! Worth a visit for the food, even for non-drinkers. Vegan and gluten free friendly, too. The location feels a bit out of place, but that seems to be a common thing in Spokane.

Went for my boyfriend birthday . he got a raw egg on his burger and I had the worst Mac n cheese ever old ,spicy and dry.The service was bad also no one around to feel up water glasses. Only good thing was the beer

Manitou Tap House is a perfect place to catch a game or simply enjoy a pint. Nice and spacey with an outside patio.
This place has a very thorough beer list and a knowledgeable staff in case you need help with it.
The food was tasty and served in good portions.
The staff was attentive and friendly.
Prices were correct for the quality of the food and drinks.
I would definitely recommend this place.

The atmosphere is trendy, and there is a large selection of beers. I liked that the beers were laid out by type so the menu was easy to peruse. However, when I ordered a flight, 2 of the beers I wanted to try were unavailable, and a third blew a keg during the pour. So of the 6 I ordered, I got 3 that I really wanted. Maybe a slightly smaller selection would ensure availability. I tried two appetizers, the banh mi lettuce wraps and the empanadas. The lettuce wraps had good flavor, but the pork was highly overcooked. They empanadas were ok. I don't go to the south hill often, and I probably wouldn't make a special trip up there.

I feel that this place used to be better. It has become overpriced ($16 for a burger) for good but not amazing food. The last time I was here my burger was charred to a crisp and I got three spoon-fulls of lukewarm Mac and cheese for a $2 upcharge. Not to mention we were seated and then forgotten. Overall, not the worst, but not the best. The biggest upside is the beer selection.

Love the Manito Tap House! The beer selection is outstanding, the food is GRUB (Hatch peppers = AMAZING!) and the service is great. They are fast and friendly.

Not only is it a great restaurant, but they are incredibly bike friendly! They have multiple bike racks (which are works of art in and of themselves) and they just put in tire pump and full tool set any cyclist can use free of charge!! I LOVE this place!

So good! Should be more busy, it s way better than their pretentious next door neighbor Republic Pi.

Food is top notch and of course they have a lot of taps with all different types of beer for everyone's taste!

My favorite restaurant in Spokane! They have an amazing beer selection with a $6 taster set, not to mention the best burgers I have ever had along with great service and atmosphere. Their blackened Mac and Cheese is also delicious.

Really disappointed and will never be back .. The way I heard the management belittling the kitchen staff really made me feel uncomfortable .. I could hear servers swearing at other coworkers .. I had been by this place several times and my wife and I thought we would stop and give it a try .. The food was mediocre at best and I was told later they can't keep good help .. I can see why ..

I'm here for the beer tasters. 50 Great options on tap for beer drinkers. Food is good. $6.50 for 6 - 2.5 ounce tasters. They even have several barrel aged options on tap.

The service was amazing, and I came in solo while it was packed. The buffalo cauliflower was on point. Perfect level of crispy and sprinkled with real blue cheese, delish. Then I got the man and cheese and lamb stew. Both amazing. The Mac and cheese was the best I've ever gotten at a restaurant

We are impressed with Manito Tap House for many reasons! Upon entering the upscale bar we were welcomed by the friendly hostess then charmed by our excellent server. The unique atmosphere is perfect for a good relaxing time. The beer menu is obviously unbeatable and the meal was excellent! The menu has great variety. Manito Tap House has definitely earned 5 stars!

The beer selection and menu is wonderful, but the service is so incredibly awful that it really ruined it for me. I've tried the Tap House 5 times, each time service has been awful. I kept hoping for redemption, but alas, a server couldn't deign to approach the table for the initial greeting in under 15 minutes. Another 15-20 minutes to even try to order a drink, and at least 10-15 to even get the drink. God forbid you want to eat something in this century. Such potential ruined by horrendous service.

Being from out of state, we wanted to try local beers so we opted to try MTH. I was a bit skeptical as it is located in a strip mall, of sorts. However, our bartender was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the local craft beer scene and put a wonderful flight together for me to sample. Honestly, I am ambivalent about the food we had but we were very pleased with the craft beers and conversation. 10/10 would return.

Great service. Great food as always. Molly is doing an awesome job with the menus. Our waiter, jared, was very informative. And even though he never stopped moving, he took great care of our party.

This place has it all! Gluten free options? Check. Vegan options? Check. Great beer selection? Check! My server was very friendly and very knowledgeable! Will go again.

Noisy. Food was so-so. I ordered the shrimp lettuce wraps and the shrimp was extremely overcooked.

Service was excellent. Food was outstanding. They sat our party of 12 no issues.

So disappointed with our trip to Manito TapHouse last night. Service was HORRIBLE. We waited 45 minutes for our food, which isn't fun when you have hungry kids. They apologized but did not discount our bill - burger was super dry, beet salad had so much dressing on it that the lettuce was soggy, the pita on the lamb philly was thicker than the amount of meat inside and when a kid doesn't like their mac-n-cheese, you know it's bad. Hard to screw that one up. With the new ownership the place felt dirty. They also no longer make their own ketchup. Seems to be going down hill. We won't be back.

The beer selection is fantastic, and always varies. Service can be slow, and the experiences I've had make the food so-so. The menu looks fantastic, but can be ambiguous. If you're not in a hurry, love good beer, and have plenty of patience, I definitely recommend this place.

This is definitely a place to come and try different beers. They have 4 pages of them and a great sampler deal. There isn't a whole lot to choose from for food on the menu, but are Burger was amazing. Non frozen patty with just the right amount of grease! It was mid 90s outside so they had the misters on which made for a fun atmosphere except for the hose connection wasn't tight and it kept tripping on me and in my drink. This is a good atmosphere to meet friends. $9 for a slice of cheesecake is a little pricey but tasted oh so good!!

Show many options, great beer. I love the nectar of the gods (IPA). Staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable, Jared is the man.

The Taphouse is a consistently tasty spot for for food and craft beer.

They were incredibly accommodating of my food allergy. The food was delicious, the service was super. And.... the beer was really great! How can it be anything but a 5??!

There was a great service, all the staff serve with great devotion, and the pizza's menu with the beers and wines were terrific!

A friend and I visited here for the first time and were very impressed! We ordered the sample paddles and chose six different types of beer each to sample as well as some sweet potato waffle fries. The fries were perfect and it was fun and practical to get to sample many types of beer. I like the Irish Redhead the best! It was well priced and the staff were very friendly, and answered all our questions.
