The park is still considerably great as there's no other theme park with the same offering to Filipinos living in Metro Manila. Though the condition of some of its facilities, attractions and the oceanarium itself shows that age has already caught up with it. Some attractions like the bird show outside and the Christmas village is disappointingly lacking. The oceanarium is good though you'll be forced to stroll past it as the tunnel is quite hot. And did I mention the Penguin Talk Show? Please skip it. The lines to it is long but is definitely undeserved. And you'll see it as people inside tend to alrrady go outside minutes after the show started. Enough with the sad bit, the park has a lot boast. The Farm Animals/Barn, The Rays & Sharks, the Oceanarium "as a whole", the Penguin Feeding, and the Bird Show are a must see. And I must say that with the cuase to which the park exists - which is for the preservation of these animals and the education it gives to Filipinos - patronising them is good work.

Fun :-D

It s a good place to tour in if you re interested about marine life. The Oceanarium is still a big hit and it never gets old. The fishes make an interesting view, making you feel like you re really underwater. There are a lot of species to see, ranging from the small ones to the big ones. Aside from the Oceanarium, there are a lot of tank displays. Also, there are other fun attractions, such as the Sea Lion show and the Fish Spa. A truly recommended place for families with kids.

Great place to be as an adult and a must go with kids. All activities were fun especially oceanarium, jellies, fishSpa and TrailsToAntartica.
The downside is that a few options that are sold as part of your package have extra costs included which you have to pay when you go there...like TrailsToAntartica.
BirdsOfPrey and SeaLionEhow are orchestrated in open but if could be done indoors, would be safe enough to not cause heat stroke to any of the tourist.

So hot

The place is big but it can be very crowdy. Go during the weekdays or non-holidays to enjoy the amenities and attractions here.

Food and souvenir shops are plenty so you have a choice where to eat and buy some things.

Actually like any water zoo, if you just look at the things.
But it has cool and nice extras, like being with the penguins and feeding them in the enclosure or these mini fish that gobble up the hornhat (but unfortunately too expensive).
What is interesting is that this is one of those places because there is snow that unfortunately the locals don't see by nature.

One has to pay extra for each attraction, but it's overall still cheaper compared to the ocean park in Singapore. Overall, its not bad considering its location in a relatively underdeveloped city like Manila

You can spend your wholeday here with your family and friends here in a affordable price.
There's also lots of stores that students can afford.
The staff are very accommodating to their guests.
The Hotel H20 security is secured also. Their receptionist are very respectful, helpful and accommodating also.

Location ok, facilities very good, staff at the tours reception Did not give accurate taxi fare information to the National museums, from the H20 Hotel. For example the Hotel staff quoted from : 7000 then 5000 then 1600 pascos , the actual prices was 200 by grab. I expect this from taxi drivers, not hotel staff.

Great for family and kids and kids at heart. Especially for me, I m an adult who didn t experience such, visiting zoo, field trips with family, at a young age due to lack of funds before. But thank God, we are able to experience it today.

Food and souvenirs basically describes the place. I didn't catch any of the shows, so I can't comment about that. There's a bar upstairs that has decent drinks and offers nice views of Manila bay.

Some of the attractions have greatly diminished (jelly fish exhibit got way smaller, yexel was replaced by superman exhibit, oceanarium corals are disappearing). It's still a great place to bring your kids to, just not as great as it used to be.

This place is worth a visit. Two big downside however: the arrows are very poorly designed, insufficient, unclear. In addition, we can deplore a cruel lack of explanations at different stages of the visit.

H2O Hotel: I booked a room in H2O. Description told us that its suitable for 4. 2 adult and 2 children. Description mentioned as well that there was a kingsize bed.
So I expected that parents will use the kingsize bed and that 2 smaller extrabeds were placed for the kids. We entered the room but only this kingsize bed. I asked if they will still bring the beds or matrasses for the kids. But instead they told me that its bedsharing. !!! My daughter aged 11 is taller than average female filipina and her friend was already 14 years old. So i decided to order an extra matress and slept on the floor next to the bed.
I do not recommand to book such a room if u are taller than filipinos and if u travel with older kids. Bedsharing seems to be frequently used by filipinos as they have smaller bodies.
Staff were friendly as filipinos are always.

Ocean park: I cant judge the price. I dont know if its too much or not. We had a bit of discount as H2O guests. Ask in reception.
The attractions are in fact spread everywhere. Some have shedules. So i recommend to make your own timetable on arrival.

As an adult i could write some negative about maintenance, price, unorganised ...., basically what is written in other ratings here, but the kids liked the park. That should be the most important.

You find some restaurants and small stores if you get hungry or if you need a souvenir. 2 ATM can be found as well.

Love it

Manila Ocean Park is a great place for kids and adults. During my visit, I've encountered a different variety of animals. There are birds, rabbits, sharks, sting rays, jelly fish, and a lot more. While strolling the place, you'd probably be hungry. Don't worry because there are food stalls all over the place. Check Metrodeal to avail discounted tickets.

It's my 3rd or 4th visit and I'm definitely coming back again with family and/or friends. Lots of activities to do and lots of animals to see. People of all ages will definitely find something they'd enjoy.
