Manila Ocean Park Review

A good place to treat your kids/family.
My nephews enjoy this place and they roam around too much that we have to leave the place almost closing time.

They dont have that much restaurant to choose from which is fine for me. The staffs are very friendly :)

I've got high expectations, but was left disappointed. Although my son enjoyed a few of the attractions, this place was still a letdown. Don't be fooled by their photos on their website. They're just for marketing.

The bird attractions are dirty and stinky. The Talking Penguin Show is just a big screen in front of you with a poor graphic designed penguin talking.

I've got a lot of negative things to say, but that deserves a blog post.

This place is nice for kids to see different types of animals and having fun with it.

The park is suitable for kids. I love the sea lion show because it's interactive and it's a chance for us to enjoy watching while sitting down. There's so much to see and since it's a weekend when we visited the park, there are lots of people and students who's in a tour. If you already have a tag, you need to validate it first inside the park and they will also give you schedule and map of the shows and attractions there. Be sure to bring enough water not just to save money but because it's tiring specially when you're looking after the kids.

Hardly any labeling or information on the fish.. green fish. Red fish. Two fish. Idk fish

It's a great place for kids to visit but can be very expensive for not only Filipinos but anyone who visited here.. And getting a taxi back is really bad. So unless you have transport arranged then it's almost impossible to get a taxi and buses don't pick up only drop off and there are no express vans or jeepney's here either..
But all in all the venue is much better that manila wood which I found very distressing. To see all the big cats in such poor enclosures and they have one elephant that is really in a shoe box sized pen.!!
Ocean park is clean and the water quality is excellent for all the fish and animals there... Maybe some seats around the whole of the venue would be a good thing as I am disabled and there's no way in this planet I could of walked around the park without stopping at many small stores within the park and actually having to ask if I can borrow their seat for 5 to 10 minutes. But I would go back again for sure!!!

For the whole family.
The kids will enjoy inside the park.
They will see the different kinds of fish that they never been seen before.
There also animals that you can touch them.

Was here and the facilitys could need an upgrade. Personal was polite and helpful. Shark & ray was a bit disapointing. Sharks parked in a corner no activity at all. Selionshow was wery good. They had to run a shortend ptogram due tp the heat this day. Oceanium was amazing.

Good place but it was better when it first opened. Half of the park is currently under maintenence, make sure you call before going.

Park for C grade, the exposure is small, a lot of people, very noisy and hot. Too much food and too few animals.

If your into seeing Sea creatures, this is the best place for you.

Very fun for kids and needs a full day to visit all sections

It has a wise variety of marine life and crawlers. You can visit and have fun at the oceanarium and certain activities.

Just my third time at Manila Ocean Park. First time is when they are newly opened. My second time is when they have the 3D Art within the building. That attraction is not around anymore. Now June 2019 I bought the 14 attractions in Klook. To see the additional attractions they have this time. Me and my family enjoyed the Sea Lion Show and Symphony of Lights. They have to get a better emcee for the Bird Show. We can't understand what he is saying. We paid P230 for the parking. Its running time. We came before lunch and left after the 6:30pm Symphony of Lights. Some just park outside, at the grounds of Luneta Grandstand. They need to improve the maintenance and to refurbish the park. They dont allow food inside but the choices of restaurant and food stalls are limited. Please give a better quality attraction comparable to HK and Singapore Ocean Parks.

More suitable for children, the ocean dining restaurant session is excellent

Spectacular display of various endemic species of tropical fishes mostly pelagic types and provided with corresponding local corals where they thrive. Top notch live aquarium exhibits plus a petting zoo aquarium and terrarium full of Chilean penguins.

Formerly one of my daughter's favorite places in the world, but now in disrepair with many attractions closed.

Many places to look at! They have bird, insect, and reptile exhibits (and some more such as, weirdly, a superhero exhibit) in addition to sealife, and throughout the day there are entertaining shows (watching smart sealions and birds, and a finale water show that happens at night) that you may watch with your family. The bird show in particular had a funny segment.

There are many small shops in an avenue in the park that sell toys and clothes, as well as restaurants to eat at. Be aware that the snacks and souvenirs sold by the park are very expensive.

Overall, a nice place to hang out for a day. My favorite attraction is the penguin talk show. Quite comedic while teaching some lessons about penguins. Maximum enjoyment if you understand Filipino!

I don t have it if it is your first time to visit it

For a huge ocean park the actual exhibition is quite small. Its mostly restaurants, food stalls and souvenir shops. The animal exhibitions are quite spread apart and it would make it hard to navigate around; the maps don't really help. It also hasn't changed much since 5 years ago except for the supertoy collection, it got much smaller. This place needs more chairs for people to rest especially for school kids they seem to just sit anywhere and block entrees. Overall found this place quite boring and a renovation would help.

Small rooms of cool stuffs here and there. This is basically an extension of a mall too. A few great bits like the seal show and aquarium but nothing too extravagant. Worthwhile of the budget, could be much better with a few more interactive rooms.

Very unhappy animals which belongs into real ocean,not a park

The only con is the expensive food .bring your own food is cheaper and buy tickets at metrodeal cheaper

This place has some impressive aquariums and displays. The animals in the show appear to be happy and healthy.

Great experience. Cheap opportunities to get up close and personal with animals and have pics with the family.

Try to get discount tickets. Very nice.... The kids loved it.
