Rating it 1 star due to the unprofessionalism of the doctor at Shinagawa BGC. The scheduled post-op check-up from 8 am to 10 am turned into a waiting time of almost 3 hours due to the surgeon’s extreme lateness. Both the doctor’s time and ours as patients are valuable. We highly appreciate it if you communicate this to your patients and avoid keeping us in one room with just a vague “wait” directive. Just saying… ugh!
Consultants are a bit aggressive when it comes to availing the most expensive package. Visual advisor did not set the right expectation during online inquiry regarding the procedure (they would only highlight the cheapest Z Lasik which in reality they do not offer coz they want you to pay for the expensive ones). Screening for the eye started past 10am though I have an appointment at 9, I even arrived 8ish. I ended not having the procedure (though I am fit for LASIK) as I got turned off the way their marketing people deal with patients.
was offered a 50% less cost on procedures because my husband underwent lasik surgery. Later when I checked the page, I found out that it really was the cost of the procedure (the scam was only 50% off and then suddenly the staff who encouraged me to get the procedure started.) On January 2, 2020, they sent me a message saying the points on the card will expire this month. So I tried availing now, January 30, 2020 so I could at least get some more from the expensive charges but they said it's already expired. Really ?!
Not to mention the last time I tried using the points in the "premium card" (just use the word "premium") it didn't seem to work on their terminal so I just came back. Now I come back you say expired ?! What kind of system is that ??! Scammer you just after getting customers to agree on the charges then take care of their services after.

Great service. I'm very happy with the surgery and I can see perfect now with my glasses off. My only complaint is that my glasses now make my vision all blurry and give me headaches.
Very, very happy with how my surgery turned out. The surgery was quick. Probably just 15 mins? Everybody at Shinagawa was just so helpful and pleasant. They really take care of you. I just got Lasik done yesterday afternoon and my vision is 20/16 when I had my checkup this morning! I don't have to buy and wear glasses and contacts anymore! I won't have to deal with migraines anymore. The best decision and investment for me!

My daughter had LASIK procedure with a doctor from Shinagawa Ortigas Branch. As advertised it was a painless procedure. My daughter complained that it was very painful during and after the procedure. instead of trying to do something with the pain he was irritated with her for complaining of pain. Will never refer a single patient to that clinic.
