I write this review for a purchase made directly from the site colmar. A woman's down jacket from 385 euro mica crumbs, arrives flawed with the unusable zipper. Next day I ask for the return and the refund and the colmar's genes tell me that I have to send photos and video of the problem to their quality control service. Absurd if quality control was done before sending the bosses these problems would not exist. Shameful. I had to waste time trying to prove that their duvet was done with c..o and now I have to wait for their comfort to get my money back and give it back. Never again. I strongly advise against it

Bought jacket nice, but faux duvet. After almost a year it has not yet been repaired or replaced. Customer support is not the fastest.
