Best play area in all of Kent, kids love climbing the three storeys of play (as does the dad).

Good but for children older aged it can get boring food is good and I would recommend

The kids love it. Plenty of parking. Plenty of space. Can buy hot food but bring your own drink. The drink prices are very high and a large drink comes in a small cup!

1st time we've been and our 3 years old loved it. More than enough equipment to keep the little ones entertained. We'll definitely be going back

Have always loved this place!! Been going for years. Had a bad accident their over 10 years ago and the staff were faultless!! By far the best in the area!!

Good for the kids and have good variety of soft play .. Food not great though and pricey so would eat before or go somewhere else after

A really great, stress free party for my 8 year old. Isla was fab as our host. Friendly and approachable.

We love this place! It definately lives up to its name on busy days & school holidays and can get pretty manic!

Overall okay. It's all not cheap but not silly prices. Coffee a bit on the dodgy side though. Food adequate and again could be better. Safe enough. Kids have fun!

It is stupid as they try to get as much money that they can out of you so you have to pay for a child and a adult when the child is the only one playing it is stupid I had a chat with the member of staff and the said it is for the site but More

Great soft play area. Good size and a good variety of things for the children to do. Surprisingly good range of food for such a place, but the superfood salads are just salads, still very enjoyable though. Staff could be more attentive to cleanliness. And always a pain for the little ones when they shut all but the disabled loo half an hour before closing - not great when all the kids want a wee or need changing before they get in the car. Prices are average for a soft play. None of these places are reasonably priced anymore are they :/

Love this place and my 2.5 year ild does to. Great soft play, slides and football!!

I went here with my 4yr old for her friend's birthday party. It's a big place with plenty for the kids to do. Obviously noisy with that many kids running around. Overall it seems a good set up. There's a food and drinks cafe area with plenty of options. The only slight down side was when I was walking down the stairs from the upper care area back to the main floor, there was a smell.. Hopefully it was just that day, but a urine smell. I'm not sure if the toilets are near that area. But anyways, not so nice.
Also, the place felt like although it doesn't necessarily need a total renovation, it could do with being refreshed a bit.
If I compare it with some of the newer soft plays, it does have a bit of a worn feel about it. But that's an adult view. The kids seem to have a great time playing and in the end that's why you go to soft play.

Very well set out for the children. If they are too small, they physically can't get into the older section, so less worry. Food is lovely and so are the staff.

Amazing indoor soft play however food prices is outrageously expensive for the quality and selection of food and drinks.

Children love it especially the laser tag but it is very noisy and somewhat chaotic at busy times.

Great play area for kids. Split into two sections for younger and older children. Standard soft play type activities, slides and climbing etc. No picnics allowed but food is available at a restaurant

Better than expected. Loads of fun stuff for the kids to do and it wasn't as noisy as I was expected. Kiddies had 3 hours there and ate well too. Decent place we would go back again.

Great place for the little ones to run free. Watch out for that big slide... boy is it fast and fun. Only the food let it down a little bit that could just be me.

Keeps the kids busy and gives me peace. Can't complain. Awful coffee.

Good indoor play area. Lots of space and beautifully clean. Good options for drinks and food including gluten free and vegan.

A little naughty making the adults pay but it's a great place for the kids or parties.
