Graphic Impact is the best in town. They are fast, efficient, creative and cooperative. Whatever the need, be it signage, shirts, plaques, frames or whatever... Graphic Impact will handle the job!

I came to order my signage and I can overhear one employee discussing with the front-desk about another employee's bad job. That's not supposed to be discussed especially in front of your customers. My order was also delayed for over a week, left uncut when I came, color was not even close to what I provided, given an expensive quote for installation(was told 2.5hrs job but took me 20mins) that was simply sliding the signage into a box. They said the 2.5 hrs includes drive time, but my business is only 3-4mi away. I was promised that it would only take 3 days to finish everything. The whole delays, cost my business and had to cancel & move my opening event. Also expect, their front-desk has a habit of promising to call you back in a few minutes but nope.

They are fast and awesome. They make name badges, name plates, large checks, and banners for me. They do a great job. Staff is very helpful. I highly recommend them for all your photo/printing needs.

Graphic Impact has come though for me at the last minute. I wouldn't trust anyone else. They even FedEx'ed my order to Ca for me when I forgot to pick it up.

Do not use this company if you are looking to get something done in a timely matter. I inquired about getting shirts with my work logo and they took them 3 weeks to get me a quote, and once I decided to order the shirts (which was a bad idea) they still weren't ready! 8 weeks for 6 shirts! The lack customer service as I continually had to call them for the status on my order. It's not like my order was that complicated it was only 6 shirts with a logo! Must be too much for them to handle and care about. Terrible solution to the problem as they wanted to give me $15 dollars off my order. In the end I cxl my order and will never use them again.

Walked in wasn't greeted lady asked if she could help I said yes I need to get a sign made for my business what kind of signs do you make she said banners and metal or plastic I asked if there was anything I could see could she show me something she said no go look at our website while standing in front of a computer if it was me I would say sure one second let me show a few here on our site and I would try to get the sale not tell a customer to go look at a site when they took their time drove to my store looking g for help and trying to do business and spend money very very poor customer service I asked what kind of signs I said do you do back lit signs she doesn't even listen and says no we dont do neon I didnt ask for neon I asked for a sign with a light very very poor experience and poor business practice when a customer comes in you dont let them stand there for 1-2 minutes then ask if you can help them then provide no help with an attitude

The whole staff at G.I. are pro's. If you know what you want it's easy. If your not sure what you need, they'll help you figure it out. No upselling --- they won't try to sell you an aluminum sign, when all you need is corrugated PVC. I spec out most of the work I give them, and have a great deal of trust that the results will be up to my standards. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years.

Each experience I have had with this company has been awesome. From the team in the front office to the team that does installs, everyone is great at what they do. This is a great local print shop. They can do just about anything you can imagine in print services. They even print on T-Shirts using digital DTG technology. Did I also mention that their customer service is awesome and everyone is very knowledgeable. Check them out and get a quote on you next project.

I cannot recommend Graphic Impact enough! I recently got a white Ford Explorer painted and had multiple decals added there. Graphic Impact far exceeded our expectations! The team was very communicable around the clock and friendly! Will definitely return for more business in the future.

I have worked with Ryan at GI for almost 20 years, reason being, always top quality work, on time and exceeding all expectations. They make our business cards, banners, laser cut plexiglass for customizing projects and all sorts of unusual items you just won't find in any other place. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. It's likely they have made me something on every machine they have, and they have a lot of machinery. They are equipped to do just about anything you could ask for, all in one location and always a fair price. Just want to say how much we appreciate Graphic Impact for saving a retirement ceremony for a Master Sergeant of 24 years in the United States Air Force. Long story short. Great place to get quality signs at a fair price, and they just gave me a free 2'x4' banner.

The customer service is horrible!! I went in to see how much it would be to have a banner made and the worker Vanessa was on her phone and eating. She told me she had to leave for her lunch break that I would need to come back because she didn't have time for me. I then asked if I could speak with a manager, she then told me no managers were in to help. If you want something done don't come to graphic impact. There is no good customer service.

I recently placed an order with this company for a small project that needed ten shirts. At first I wasn't feeling too confident, since about an hour after placing the order the girl called in regarding price issues so I wanted to cancel since my motto is if there's a problem at the start it'll just be a mess. But after cancelling Ryan called me back, told me he'd resolve the issue if I continued. Very courteous and professional I decided to stick it out. And it was worth it!
