Very dangerous place to work. Pallets collapsing from the racking. Quantity not quality. Pathetic at best management. Awful bullying from management. Proceed with extreme caution with this company.
Good products, however the customer service, including after sales is not existent! Adey also has the horrible habit of spamming. Always need good, honest customer service. Which is something Adey lacks badly.
Fantastic Customer Service, dealt with Sarah Bottomley Telesales Advisor, she was able to sort out the problem quickly, professionally and the Customer Service I recieved was without doubt the BEST I have had for years. Pity other companies couldn't take her lead.
