Everyone there is friendly and caring. I have been bringing my pets there for fourteen years.

I had concerns about my cat, and took him in. The doctors are kind and caring. He got a clean bill of health, and 6 hours after we left, he was sick. He contracted something from the vet's office. I realize that is always a risk anywhere, but they need to sanitize where a viral animal has been better. Now we have to take the cat back in, and get charged a revisit fee. TBH in cases like this they should waive it.. but I guess a dr. office is the same usually.

Our veterinarian, Dr. Beth Shevell is wonderful and has been taking care of our 3 furbabies for a long time! Staff is friendly and caring!

Dr. Ashley Van Kurin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it came to examining my sick cat on more than one occasion. What impressed me the most was that she presented all of the options we had and unlike many veterinarians, she didn t try to up-sell or push me to spend money on tests and biopsies that ultimately would have lead to the same conclusion and result of having to put my cat to sleep. She let me spend as much time as I needed with my cat before the procedure was done and offered to stay until 10 pm or later if I needed more time with him, even though the office is supposed to close at 8 pm.

After the procedure was done, she offered to send me a cement block with my cat s paw prints and name carved in it, as a keepsake to commemorate his life. A week later, I received it in the mail, along with a hand-written card offering their condolences. All it took was a small gesture like that to secure my loyalty and I will definitely be taking the 2 kittens I adopted from Last Hope Animal Shelter to Manetto Hill Animal Hospital for any and all of their needs.

Use them for my personal vet as well as one of our vets for my rescue the staff is so friendly and wonderful vets are thorough and minimal waiting which is always a plus

The doctor is amazing . The Techs are sweet and kind and love all animals. It is $$ but all vets are.

It's very clean and everyone is always helpful. Sometimes there's a wait for appointments to see a Dr. But it's worth it.

I have used Dr Weiss and staff for quite a number of years now. So very difficult to find an excellent veterinarian who you can trust. But I trust him completely and highly recommend him.

There are good days and bad days for everyone, when you have a bad day own up to it and clean it up.

This was my first time boarding a dog & I was extremely nervous. From start to finish they made me feel comfortable, the place is clean & the staff is friendly & caring. I never once worried about the care she was getting & had a great weekend. Definitely my go to boarding facility!

Not very professional. They reached out to me on indeed to come in for an interview to take a position they needed filled, meanwhile I never even applied to the hospital. I called a week after the interview as a follow-up and in return got an email saying they haven't made a decision yet and would call me as soon as the decision was made. I never got a phone call or email with a decision. I was doing them a favor by giving them an opportunity to fill a spot they needed and they didn't even have the decency to tell me I wasn't needed.

They have been the vets for both our dogs. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our pets but Dr. Weiss! He's the best. Super friendly staff and very good with our dogs.

Let s see where do I begin... it all started where we were called and told multiple times that we needed to provide them with proof that they (our cat) had been examined by a vet before they could sedate her which isn t a problem except we had to get called again within twenty minutes to be told that the vet apparently insists that they have to be examined, and charged, even though we were just told that they accept other vet s examinations. Not only just that but upon going to pick up our cat, the lady at the desk who is new said she wasn t sure about what should be simple policy that anyone at the front should know when we asked her if that was a normal policy to require examination for a new pet at the hotel. This place needs to seriously reevaluate itself and make sure its employees know what is going on and what their policies are. And on top of all of that they messed up how we requested to have our cat groomed. Seriously disappointed seeing how we were recommended to come here.

Needed a snap 4dx test and my current vet could not perform. Called USDA-APHIS looking for an accredited vet and they referred me to here. Called them at 1 pm explained my situation and they gave me an appointment for 3 pm this same day. Upon arrival impressed with the large parking area and appearance of the building. Walked in and the place is immaculately clean with a professional friendly staff. Waited less then 10 minutes and was called in to the doctor. Dr Weiss performed the test and did a brief exam on my pet. He was extremely informative & explained each step and did not make me feel rushed. I was extremely impressed with my visit and the service I received. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Thank you Dr Weiss.
