Professionalism and openness is what I have experienced since joining Mane six months ago. Conor Mulligan's care and endless patience makes him one of the best consultants that I have worked with within an agency.

Mane is one of the best in Rail industry, Francesca always willing to listen and match you to your needs.

I would recommend Mane contracting services. This is my first assignment with this company and completed a month as of today. Two things that stand out are their people and processes. Layne Eddie was my point of contact and he has been excellent right from the start who ensured easy and transparent on boarding processes with the client. I am glad I am with MCS.

One of the worst experiences ever,
Having started the contract of MIN 4 months, I get a call 1 week into the contract telling me that the customer is complaining about my services and they don't want me anymore---please note I was on site working alongside the site managers and supervisors, and no 1 complained about nothing, in fact they actually said that I am really good and no1 ever learned and advanced that quickly with 0 mistakes...

I don't know if it's them, but the clients they represent is them,
and as they took 0 interest into what happens next or what happened...
therefore my review

I would advice you and your loved ones to stay away from them and don't sign anything with them.

Great service thus far - for example my consultant Layne Eadie , talking through and explaining all the details of how to apply through the company website and explaining terms of employment. He endeavoured to assist me in any way I could with any issues, including how to operate /use timesheet portal system.

Shocked to see how this company has been facilitating the wildlife conservation crime and archeological destruction of HS2 in relation to recent works in Buckinghamshire. Although the company operating HS2 has not applied for licenses to damage and kill important species of wildlife inhabiting the area which HS2 has now fenced in and are in the process of destroying, sometimes annexing and taking the land of farming families, who sadly haven t even been paid by HS2 for the fields, Mane Contractors unfortunately have been supplying massive amounts of fencing for this. Tragically the company have been trapping and killing and poisoning animals who are living in the area and displacing protected species such as bats and birds without independent ecological surveys having been done.

Been self employed is not always easy sometimes. In these industries civil,rail and construction with my recruiters/agency's out there that i have worked it. MANE has standout alone in various ways compare to other. So good enough that i do not even ask for the rate when a job is being offered.

The whole staffs at MANE office at has been excellent ever since, especially FRANCESCA WRIGHT . Prompt and very efficient with proper protocol.

I've contracted with MANE as a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer through Michael Alderman for some time now.
Michael sails above and beyond his duty with his proactive and helpful approach, he is very professional, polite and friendly.
Even in the dark hours Michael has always been on hand to help resolve any issues no matter how trivial it may seem, even while he was on vacation.
The contracts I've had have been wonderful, every detail regarding the contract, flights, hotels is forwarded to me before hand.
Payment through MANE on a weekly basis, through their online Payroll Portal is swift and easy.
Michael has always been easy to work with and a pleasure to know personally and I hope we can carry on this professional relationship far into the future.
I've tried to encourage other Aviation Contractors to use MANE and those that have will give the same report as myself.
A lot of the contracts I've been on through MANE have also said how polite and professional Michael is.
