I myself come from a recruitment background and know up front how difficult been a consultant in recruitment industry can be. The job can be highly pressured with pressure coming in from higher management and from clients and on top of all this trying to keep on top of staff going out for you and keeping everyone happy and in work can be an up hill struggle and some how Conor Mulligan has not only managed to stay on top of all this but has also managed to maintain his professionalism and his core integrity.
