This was our second stay at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Stayed at The Mandarin Suite which was amazingly spacious and generously appointed. Delighted from arrival to departure. So on point every morning (with in room breakfast meticulously prepared for each of our preferences and dietary restrictions) and upon coming home to the room with myriad of thoughtful surprises for my whole family. Concierge, housekeeping, spa attendants, wait staffs all worked discreetly but went above and beyond. Really a home away from home and truly deserves "The Best Hotel in Japan." I visited the restaurant on the upper floor instead of the hotel but it was too bold.

Not surprisingly, hotel services are top notch and really nice. The hotel is a modern building directly connected to the station from Mitsukoshi, but it is also connected to the Mitsui Building that has been in existence since the demise of the Zaibatsu, and the history is also felt. The restaurant has wide windows and you can relax and have a nice nightly view.

We had lunch at the Italian restaurant "KSHIKI" on the 25th floor of this hotel as a family for the celebration.
As this is a new hotel, the facilities are very clean and luxurious, and the staff's response is also very good.
Beautiful flowers are beautifully decorated at the entrance and it is directing a gorgeous feeling.
As it is a tall building, it also feels like you can overlook the city.

The high tea we had at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel was nothing short of perfect! If you ask for a window seat when you book you'll get a fantastic view of the cityscape. You get to try as many cups from the tea selection as you like, and can eat scones to your hearts content. If you have a bit of a sweet tooth this is the perfect experience.

The restaurant is usually fine. We go by elevator from unobtrusive entrance to lobby and restaurant, but can not help because it is hotel of Otemachi and Nihonbashi.

I'm generally not a huge fan of spas but this is amazing. Perfect tranquility with views of the city when you want them

I went to Chikumaya in the hotel. I got a delicious parfait of fruit. I thought it was really a sushi restaurant, but I think that there is no lipi considering it from the price.

Everything from start to finish was flawless. Can not recommend enough! Fans of MO program, doorman, front desk manager, concierge, breakfast chef and waitress etc, we felt so at home and like we were the only guests! You have gained a guest for life!

Pricy but that's Mandarin Oriental. I tried the SENSE dim sum and very good. The only problem is that my reservation starts at around 14:00 and I have to make the last order around 15:20. Otherwise I'll have more good Shui Mai.

An incredible hotel and one of the top hotels I ve stayed in while in Tokyo. The views are incredible, the rooms are spacious and modern, the gym is great, the pizza restaurant is one of my Tokyo favorites, breakfast was simple and delicious and the service was top notch. Overall an incredible experience and will definitely be back.

Stopped by for the morning buffet. Definitely worth it based on the quality and selection. Not to mention the view! They provided an excellent start to the morning, opening at 6:30 and allowing me to ease into the day while viewing the sunrise over Tokyo. Very hospitable staff and a gorgeous building.
