Food good, service good, atmosphere great, love entertainment!

Went their last Friday with co-workers and ordered the Fish Taco's. I've ordered them at many restaraunts from here to the shore and they are always made with fresh fish. Here they served you a fried piece of batter dipped fish right out of the freezer. The waitress tries to tell me lots of places make them this way. I thought then she must be eating at some real dives. I know now to asked if fish tacos are made with fried or fresh fish. It is very relaxing sitting out by the water on the deck.

Loved it! First time there... Went for lunch on a Weds...Drinks..food..service was perfect! Will deff be going back! We came from Jersey and was well worth it!

Fun place to go to during the night hours. HOWEVER... During the day the service is unbelievebly bad. We had a group of 10 seated outside on a Monday and sat at our table for a full 2 hours and a waiter never came.. they constantly passed but no one even bothered asking if we were being helped. If you want to go anywhere for food or a drink during the day go anywhere in manayunk but this place.

I love this place a lot. theres a very special mood. The cuisine is exeptionaly good. the service is efficient and the personel is well trained. The price is honest. very much recommend.

Went on a Saturday night and had a great time. Our server Andrew was friendly, helpful and attentive. The beer and food was great and the place has a nice rustic decor and an open floor plan, will be returning!

Whenever I'm in Manayunk I try to stop here. The service can be stop and go but you're always happy with the food, and the place looks awesome!

Always a nice crowd. But the food is average and a little pricey.

My wife brought me to manyunk brewery for my birthday. I had a half rack of BBQ ribs, and the Schuylkill Punch(Raspberry beer), it was delish. The place looked i walked into .FUN we are young video

Not really a restaurant as much as it is a brewery/bar. I went there with just me and my little one for a quick bight to eat and just got completely ignored by my waitress to where i had to walk up to the bar myself to ask for a refill after 20 minutes of waiting. On another note the food is fantastic and so is the view out back so im not saying not to go there because if you like a place with a good atmosphere and fantastic drink selection then this is the spot for you i just dont find it family friendly. That being said, next time i go ill hire a sitter :)

Had dinner their last evening with my family. They stuck us in the corner next to some plastic windows in their patio - it was very cold and the waitress turned off the heater when a table in front of the fireplace complained that they were hot - we had to ask twice to have the heat turned back on - then the gentlemen at the other table got up and turned the heat off themselves - we told them it was too cold in the corner and they apologized and turned it back up - there were 5 of us for dinner and 4 dinners arrived together - my son's dinner arrived 15 minutes later - BAD SERVICE - my dinner arrived with ice cold mashed potatoes and a super well done steak (you could hammer nails with it) - I had ordered rare to medium rare - I received a rock steak!! BAD food

We were there Saturday and it was a gorgeous day and off course it was packed. The bartenders at the bar that leads to outside were horrible. Very unpleasant, made you wait for 30 minutes for a drink. I get that it was packed, it was gorgeous and the Street festival was going on but they were beyond rude, especially the blonde. She did greet anyone, just looked at you when you wanted a drink and then took forever to even make the drinks. We asked for a Hendricks and Tonic with lime, she was like we do not have Hendricks. We pointed out the bottle behind her and she scoffed and walked away. Came back with no lime and we asked if we could have lime. She barked we have no lime and walked away. SO RUDE! We left and I will not go there again. Nasty bartenders who give bad service.

The watermelon margarita martini and blueberry lemonade were both refreshing and delicious. The sea scallops were absolutely phenomenal. Been here multiple times and I have never been disappointed.

What is not to love about this place. Manayunk brewing offers a wide and interesting variety of beers both on tap and in can. Try the their Cinnamon Toast Crunch inspired beer and Elvis inspired peanut butter banana beer. On top of that they offer a great selection of food and oddly enough sushi. Try the mahogany wings! Last but not least they have an awesome back patio area where they have live music and a view of Schuylkill River.

Food is great. Love the deck. I honestly don't know if I've had worse microbrew beer though. I'd rather have the mass marketed versions of what they make than their own. I normally love microbrew beer.

I've been here a couple of times for brunch. Great food and ambiance. they have a li e jazz band and a great selection of choices for brunch

With the pandemic the staff was very welcoming and hygienic. One of the only places I could find on my trip to enjoy a good meal and a great brewery.

I use to frequent the place often and now I know why I stopped. I came on Good Friday and the place was empty therefore service should have been good. Instead the service was very slow.

On top of that the salmon that I ordered was VERY SALTY, once I told the manager he only took have off of the bill. I would have told him earlier in the meal but the waiter never came to check on our table.

Also another person in party ordered scallops that was spoiled. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place is great love the sushi and plenty of seating space.

They have varieties of good beer. I tried their sample flight beer and love it. Enjoyed their live music and good vibe. Recommend others!!!

Not a fan of their brews. They said they had coors light but didn't.

I really liked their stout. The porter was interesting but a bit too weird for even my taste.

I loved that they brought me spicy popcorn!

Service generally doesn't matter to me in a restaurant, the food does, but this place was just unbearable. I was so extremely disappointed with the service. Went in for some appetizers and drinks, ended up being there for 2 1/2 hours, secondary to the appetizers taking 1 hour to come out. Had to ask three different servers walking by what was going on, which they did not seem phased by, and got three different answers. Because my assigned server was no where to be found. It was not even busy! Also, given no napkins or silverware and had to go to another table to take the silverware off of it. This is restaurant and hospitality basics... come on now! I always give places a second chance, but I will never go back or suggest this place to anyone. The food was basic and the mixed drinks were weak and watered down. Honestly, don't think this place will last much longer.

This was a terrible meal. My kid barely ate the pasta b/c it was too salty, my 'mashed' parsnips had large inedible pieces in it that were undercooked & unmashed. My son got ribs and mashed potatoes, it came with fries-- when I asked about it, the waitress said 'we didn't have any mashed potatoes, sorry'. She didn't ask if that was ok. The fries were mushy and cold. It was a very disappointing experience.

Best authentic environment and experience in Philly. The food is great and the beer is outstanding!

One of my favorite places! Inside and outside seating. Good food and three inside bars. Great atmosphere.

Service was meh. Servers were more chatty with each other, not so much customers. Salmon on my salad was served to me cut in half after it was cooked, making it looking like a portion was dropped or just not given to me. Server told me it was standard that salads got half servings of salmon. Bathrooms were beat. Its unfortunate that they're shared with the club space above. They would be in nicer condition if they were exclusive to the restaurant. At least one would hope.

On the eve of my brother's wedding, the family went here for dinner. Service was very poor. After 20 min. 2 of us received dinner. The manager didn't come out to see us or offer an explanation. After an hour we walked out.

Great beers. Great location. Finally found a deck to enjoy good food, good beer, good music right on the Schuylkill River.

Great food, great beer, and most important great entertainment! Whether its a local or well known band this place is always a good time to sit back with friends and enjoy good food drinks, and laughs

Told it would be a 1hr and a half wait. Note that there is open sushi bar no one seated there, and also empty tables. Why are we waiting a hr plus for? Complete ignorance. This place sucks, Period. Also, if your friends are all white including yourself, a table is available. H All money is green

Nice atmosphere to hangout. You can sit inside or on the deck. Friendly staff. Good food, variety of dishes.

Cool place with the patio bar out back, but they need to work on crafting those beers. They were mediocre at best, and some were undrinkable.

First time here and was amazing experience. Service was great, outdoor deck was very nice, beers were great, and food was great!

If they had a negative star rating, that is what they would have received.Three weeks prior to date I was told "when can I start working".I said let me put my Two weeks in.I was told there would be some training at night.I left 3 consecutive messages , with a number to follow.I have since then been hired again at another location with far more pay.Very unprofessional to say at the least.I would have even been ok with a follow up call. I guess no one checks the voicemails?

I was a foreign guy visiting Pilly. One night me and my firends decided to go to this place cause it looked fun. I was concerned that they would not be ok with my foreign ID card but they never looked at it because I was wearing a tank top and they decided that was not ok because I am a male. I come from a very conservative country never would I expect something like this to happen in Philly. Is this a church or a club? I'm confused. If this club has this kind of views on people I absolutely don't recommend you to go visit.

Great food especially their filet mignon it's takes a long time to get your food but their food is great

Went there for a wedding reception. Food was good and so were craft beers, had a nice selection for an open bar, not the usual coors light and white wine situation you could find at other wedding receptions.

Amazing brewery!!! They have a wonderful happy hour, it's a great place to go after work or to hangout. I love all their porters, the coffee crunch and peanut butter crunch Porter's are so good!!! I'm excited to try their french toast crunch next time. They serve free unlimited popcorn throughout your stay and the servers are quite friendly. They are great for bar food AND they have a full sushi bar with lots of vegetarian options! Come through and check it out!

Service, food and atmosphere was great! Captains chicken was amazing and so was the meatloaf Mac n cheese skillet. Definitely go back for dinner again as well as the brunch on Sundays with live Jazz!

Good experience for my first time here good food but it could have been a little more for the price drinks were good but nothing to brag about our waitress was excellent tho very courteous and welcoming that's why I gave it an extra star establishment was clean and very well managed.

It was my first time here, so perhaps more visits would be different. The atmosphere was great, with beautiful surroundings, but my server was slow, and never put in or brought my drink order. She did ask if we were okay when she came back around, but at that point appetizers and food had already come out so I didn't bother mentioning it. I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger, both of us found it pretty bland. I was super optimistic going in, but after the service and entrees, I just wanted to leave.

This place gives wonderful service as well as yummy food. My favourite restaurant around here. The food and drinks served quick and the prices are fair. Recommended.

Good food and great atmosphere. I like the different seating settings. I had a Moscow mule which is one of the better ones that I have had. The pub burger was very tasty.

Waited 25 minutes for a table, then waited 45 minutes before a random waitress saved us. Then they screwed up and gave us the wrong food. When are food did come out, one of the dishes had spicy sauce all over it. We asked for no sauce. Gave two stars only for the atmosphere and the waitress that went off her grouped tables to see what was up with us.

Drinks are great. Food is bad. Service is mediocre.

Beer was very good. Food and service was lack luster. I ordered a salad that came out without dressing. Took 15 minutes to flag down our waitress to get some dressing. Overall I will probably go back for a drink but won't eat there again.

My husband and I decided to stop for a late lunch along with our 2 boys and a friend. We frequent the craft beer scene and like Manayunk Brewery beers. While there were 2 larger parties that sat before us, there were multiple empty tables. Our table sat for 15 minutes before we were greeted. We asked to order immediately and requested that our sons' food be brought as soon as they were ready. Approximately 30 minutes later all of the adult food was brought out (lukewarm) and our children's food still had yet to arrive. The waiter did a great job keeping our boys happy with popcorn and was kind enough to offer to comp their meals. While we were waiting for our kids food, we witnessed the table next to us be bussed. The busser used the floor broom to clean items off the table. No sanitizing wipe was used on the table and it was immediately set to be used again. When brought to the attention of the manager on duty, his response was only that the individual was new and to apologize. Nothing was done to further clean the table before another family sat to eat. Between this vile health and safety violation, poor order management, and overpriced, cold food I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Definitely a fun spot with great outdoor space. The in-house brews are overrated.

Saturday 23 February I had my wedding reception manayunk brewery in jazz room I would love to thank Paris Rose who made may night special she done a excellent job the food was delicious my settings of my tables where fabulously done.excellent staff i will recommend them any time .I was a very happy Bride thanks once again .

Food has always been pretty good when we have gone here. Pretzels, wings and cheesesteak dumplings are a must. Take out on the other hand I would not recommend. They always forget something and the food has been cold a few times.

Outstanding, food was delicious. Could tell care was taken while preparing it. Clean, organized, well run operation.

Really !!!! What horrendous food. Please guys, , it is not that difficult to make decent food. First and last time visiting that place. Even beer needs good food with it!!!

We waited over 25 minutes to be seated in a completely open deck section. It wasn t until our 3rd time asking that we were finally seated and the hostess wasn t happy to seat us either. Not a brewery but a sushi / restaurants with an identity crisis. The beer and garlic bread made a 1 Star service experience into a barely 2 star location. Nice view of the river.

Food took 45-hour to come out (Place was not crowded when we ordered, but kitchen was busy . . . Sure ok) So eventually the food and apps come out all in one shot, nice. HOT crab dip was luke warm and bland, wings were overdone and bland, basically inedible. Got a burger that was average, not great, not awful. My lady had some chicken shrimp crab dish that looked unappetizing, she said was bland and over cooked. Service was ok, forgot to bring water jug, but otherwise ok. All in all will not be back here again. Ashame for a place with such a great location and atmosphere, you would think they d hire competent chef/line cooks. If I were you, I d keep driving down main street, lots of better places to grab a bite.

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. The service is always excellent. I would highly recommend the sushi, captain's chicken, mac and cheese, and the wings.

Food is good, atmosphere is great depending on the event.

However, a word of caution - keep your receipts and check against your credit card statements. Perhaps accidentally, I've had tip amounts incorrectly entered on their end a couple times now. Called twice to attempt to resolve the issue with management and haven't heard back. So be careful and make sure to keep all receipts for credit card transactions.

I was disappointed that they advertised poutine as an appetizer when it was infact not poutine. Essentially just steak fries grilled in the oven with mozzarella cheese and gravy.

Poutine is made with cheese curds, not mozzarella, and the fries should NOT BE COOKED with the gravy in the oven or they end up soggy (which they were).

1). Deep fry French fries.
2. Prepare beef gravy
3. When French fries are done, put on place an sprinkle cheese curds on fries. (not mozzarella)!
4). Pour hot beef gravy on the fries and curds. This will melt the cheese and prevent fries from being soggy when served. Serve immediately after pouring gravy.

You can put the pot roast on the poutine, but advertise it as pot roast poutine .

We ordered the Mel roll and the riverside salad. Both were delicious. I highly recommend both of these dishes.

More restaurant than brewery, tons of space and a fantastic Riverside patio. Beer is actually pretty decent. Great food. Come on Sunday for the bottomless mimosa/bloody Mary/buffet.

Brunch review. I write this as I stand waiting for the food to actually be in the buffet. Of there was a 0 option I would give it. 10 minutes for a omelet, 10 mins for waffle, 10 minutes before they realized scrambled eggs were empty. Save your money. Don't celebrate a brunch here

Both times we were there the bathrooms upstairs flooded n piss water flowed down the steps. Both times it was forced to close. Also, the last time there was a mouse running around the restaurant. Will never go back. Beer was just ok. Nothing special.

Worst customer service ever and the manager Traci Sanchez lied and did not keep her work!
