Indiana Grand Casino Review

Thumbs down from me. The parking was terrible, not a shuttle around to pick me up & it was a shuttle driver who told me where to park! Once inside it took over 30 minutes just to get a drink.

They need to let people win more instead of taking peoples money!!!

Excellent casino with great horse racing - sport's book in place now - fun place!

Fun playing slots but don't plan on winning at this one. Slots are way too tight. Plan on blowing all your money and not walking out ever ahead!!

It's my opinion that, under the new ownership, the pay out ratios are set really tight. Other customers have expressed similar concerns to me. It does have a Las Vegas atmosphere. However, I would like to win sometimes.

Too much smoke that you smell like a smoker. Place is dirty with a lot of old slot machines. Not enough help in the casino. Food in buffet not worth paying for.

Great Place to go have Fun and enjoy entertainment.

Great place if you enjoy the slots, and computer animated gaming and gambling. Great food! The downside is no live gambling, no dealer commradery, even the black jack, and roulette tables are computer generated.

Always lots of action. Lots of choices on where to put your money. Paybacks are okay. but with all most gambling places, they will win in the end. But it's a good time.

Nice establishment, has a lot of slots, just never seem to pay out, for me atleast.

Well so they say your luck may turn at any moment. Or maybe it's because of the new ownership acquisition. Either way seems slots are hitting a little more. It's still a very nice gaming establishment to go and have a good time. Not to mention, smoking is still allowed. Though if that's not your thing there are designated non smoking areas as well.

They took your temperature and have to wear a mask of course but that is fine. I think they could have a sanitizer pack at every machine though Need a bigger area and workers at the Ceasar Rewards.

Great fun and nice atmosphere friendly people only problem several times I had problems with my machine and I would hit for the light to flash for someone to come and 10 minutes would go by 15-20 25 finally you just give up and take off and no I need two times it's anywhere from $3 to $5 so I feel that that's just money you end up getting right back because nobody will get up and come to service the machines that won't work right!! So if you could FIX THAT WE'D PROBABLY BE THERE A WHOLE LOT MORE OFTEN SO PLEASE .....try to work on that and let me know!!!.... I'm looking for places to be able to bring my husband and have fun while we can surprisingly he was just diagnosed November of 17 with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and probably won't be here past Christmas or at least the new year this was our second time ever being there and we had a good time he was able to ride in his electric scooter and You have great handicap facilities available, so if you could tell us some other fun things we could do there that wouldn't cost much he's on hospice now and were able to get out every once in a while with him and it really cheers him up!! Thank you so much & really know we had fun and can't wait to try to make it back question when do the horses start racing??

Was awesome had a great band! Won some money ! Was with my besties!

Me and my wife went there. We went in with 200 to spend and left with 450 so was very go experience.

this place is stingy, greedy, disrespectful, cheating

The track is amazing and the family side is so much fun.

All the free drinks you want, truck parking (Bobtail only),table games and sports betting. Money line plays on NFL is where you can pay your bills at.

Because its relaxing and fun you can gamble and party at the same time love it

YMMV, but seems to me the machines are tighter after the Caesar's buyout. Not as much play for your dollars and not much of a payout, either. The buffet was good, and the horse racing parlor was nice as well.

Everything is automated!! Even the black jack tables! It's no different than me downloading a game on my phone. To me, that's not a casino experience. It's more like an adult arcade game room.

Ok...for the price of the food the service should have been a little better. We had the send our food back twice and they act like it was our fault .

Took away all perks for Gold members (which wasn't much) and slots rare to pay...I'm 100% done

Assistant executive chef is a great guy and the food was awesome

Very clean and they follow the restrictions that are in place.

Always come back with something. the food is excellent!

The smoke is gross and no free drinks but the free Pepsi machines and roulette keep me coming back

The staff at Ind. Grand always put on a good show for the people at Shares Inc.

Fun place. Easy to find . We only go a couple of times a year but always enjoy it.

Winner's Circle is normally good. Let down tonight with food and service.

Friendly staff, and security are on top of it. There when you need them.

So disappointed in crab leg Buffett! We go on Fridays just for the crab and since the new ownership they have changed the crab legs. Sorry to say we won't be back!
