Maintenance can take weeks, even for things as serious as broken pipes, and you will NEVER get your security deposit back. They took my entire security deposit and charged me more on top of that for " hook removal" ( 2 command hooks). Someone will probably comment on this too like " Hey Andre I'm sorry you're not happy, can I help you?", but if they'd answered the phone like that even one of the 17 times I called their office I wouldn't be giving them one star.
