Inquired with Forino to finish our basement since they were the builder of our home we purchased. The original phone call to ask what we were looking for was informative and professional, they seemed to really want to customize the project to our needs. I didn t receive the original quote for about 3 weeks and after reaching out asking if there were any updates. The guy I worked with apologized and said he was helping with snow removal due to the recent storms so had gotten behind on preparing the quote. After we spoke and I narrowed down some questions and modifications. I was to then receive a modified quote and a sketch of an area of concern for us to see how Forino was planning to tackle that area and make sure we approved of the approach. Fast forward to about a month later I had heard nothing, I reached out asking for an update, to which I received a few numbers jotted down and not an updated quote and the sketch was missing all together! It was pretty obvious the reply was only triggered by my request and there wasn t any plan to even get us the requested information. If I m to spend close to 20k for your business and work, I d like to have better attention to the prospective customers. We ll be taking our business elsewhere. Personally I wouldn t recommend.

Had them build my house in the willow glen development in 2013. Very easy process and Forino made it very easy. Building a house is very overwhelming but the people at Forino are very helpful. Wouldn t hesitate for them to build me another house in the future!

Love the house, Love the area (near 222 and 61) their designs are beautiful. I would love to see more attention on the small details such as; kitchen cabinets were not straight, grass only developed 60%. Better material on corners of the joins for lessen cracks. Better markings of your total property spaces. Overall I'm satisfied with my Forino home after four years of living in it everything still work fine.

Forino is an outstanding company and are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I was a 1st time home buyer and Forino made the process very easy to get through. After the house was completed, Troy was extremely personable and was always just a phone call away. Keep up the great work!!!

I would highly recommend Forino Builders. We had some repair work done,to our home after an auto accident. They were able to come in clear it and fix it super fast. Very polite friendly employees. They were always professional clean up wafter each visit.

Bought home 20 years ago in Westridge lot44 Beautiful home and nice property, customer service is great as they took care of everything. Buying home through them was a very easy experience. I just wish I was more knowledgeable 20 years ago regarding upgrades. I do recommend

We absolutely love our new covered deck and patio. Forino removed our old deck and built a new covered deck with attached concrete patio and fire pit. We could not be happier with it. They paid very close attention to the details and made sure we were happy after each step. The employees were very friendly and always made sure to clean up at the end of each day. I wouldn't change a thing and cannot wait to spend more time outside.

Forino Builders are almost finished building our new 4 Season's Room! We are pleased with the project and team!
