My son Adan has been getting treatment at Eastside ABA. Everyone at this facility has been super nice and professional. The staff take good care of kids and they have very skilled and professional people working there that take pride on what they do and create very clean and safe environment for kids that attend sessions there. We been so blessed to have them work with my sons developmental issues. We would always recommend this facility to all my friends and colleagues. Just want to say a big Thanks to Eastside ABA for taking good care of my son and wish we would have more facilities like this in this state.
Poor business practice. To request ABA services, you fill out a questionnaire that takes time and includes personal information and then a response saying your information will be reviewed.and you will be contacted should a match become available pops up. What does this mean? That I'll receive a call from you to discuss availability in the near future? That there are no matching time slots at this time? Is there a wait list? How long of a wait list are we looking at? Are my child's needs not best met by you? Should I look elsewhere? This approach leaves people hanging not knowing what to expect or what to do next. I filled in the questionnaire on January 8th and haven't heard back. I've dealt with many different types of therapy and this is the first time I've come across such an impersonal and dismissive process. Pictures attached.
Paul and the staff at Eastside ABA seem to be able to find the perfect balance between a caring, loving, encouraging approach and the application of the most recent behavioral science techniques. Highly recommend!
Paul Johnson was instrumental in helping our child with autism and the other with ADHD I don t think anyone could top him in his field.Our kids are mainstream and in a IB school and our child with autism we were told would never go to mainstream school... We are so grateful to him.
