Mana tropiacle is one of the best projects i have seen in bangalore lovely concept with all trees,Loved the project great work#Mana projects keep going.

I am a travel freak and usually love to travel and unwind near coastal areas of countries. I became very nostalgic the moment I came to know that there will hammock zone at Mana Tropicale as my memories started to carry me back to my golden times spent during my travel.

Good and green place to stay away from city life ,we are happy to have a flat in Mana Tropicale, sales manager Nandish was so cooperative in price negotiation and also helped to avail referral bonus for referring my relative's to purchase a falt here.

The CRM team (Shilpa) is very courteous and prompt in response and helpful whenever we are in doubt. Pace of construction is good

Shot a video in their office for a client. They have great decor with green living as the central theme.

Build quality is ok.However builder will not finish many promised things,you feel their sqft price is low..however builder collect corpus and will not hand over to association.i know one of thier project the residents had done most of the fit and finish as the builder was not finishing those.

The rates are really high in Tropical Project. Its unacceptable.

Now a days people prefer homes with garden and green environment. This property satisfies the above need.

1. Electricity issues - back up does not work all the time.
2. Water - a major issue. STP has black water wid foul smell. Not rectified even aftr multiple notices. There is no water most of the time. Esp. Sundays which get painful.
Facilities are not handled well but a huge maintainance is bing charged. Very sad state. Management has not taken a step to resolve any of these issues.

Since I am a Jog & walk freak, I was looking forward to buy a property, which gives preferences in providing facilities that fulfills these needs. The moment I started to explore the property, I was amazed to see that the Mana tropicale has a dedicated 1 Km path for walkers.

Mana Capitol - looks to be a promising project which has many advantages like excellent location access, flexible design concept and good configurations and is definitely worth a check out .The sales staff have been responsive and helpful. Our experience has been good so far.

It is a wonderful option to have your residence and have a party hall within the same premise. Avoids travelling and shifting of essentials that are required to host a party. Surrounded by lush greenery, Mana Tropicale should be a perfect place invite friends and chill out.

Mana Projects is one of the best construction company in Bangalore.They have years of experience in executing flats and apartments in major parts of Bangalore.

Dont get Fooled by Them Friends.

Once you buy they wont listen to you .I will tell you the key points y u should not buy this project.This is your hard earned money dont get fascinated by plantation and trees what they show case

1. They have used worst materials for construction , Everybody is facing the Cracks all over the projects. Just imagine how does it feels when you enter a new home and u find full of Cracks. They are Cracky builders

2. The Management dont have approach to solve your issues , they wont come up with the definite plan to solve your issues.So its like a u r trapped

3. They are Demanding 4.5 - 5 thousand maintenance .Can you imagine even category A builder don't demand this much for incomplete project.

4. All door locks are ordinary one they will come out to your hand if you strongly pull it .In my case its all shaking handles, told many times but there is no response .

5. Last but important, When you have question on QUALITY then dont go for it dont waste a single penny to this builder

Mana tropicale has a GYM, which is open to sky, and allows me to breath fresh while exercising. I finally get to choose from best properties around Sarjapur

Flats are good. But maintainance and issue resolution from builder is not upto the mark.

No proper CRM or Sales person to answer your queiry.
Once you purchase the property they starts ignoring your calls.
no proper after sale service..Please dont buy this builder's porperty.They'll harass you after they get the full payment.
