I have recently had the pleasure of working with John and Diandra. They were helpful and communicated all requirements clearly and comprehensively. They are dedicated to their positions and work quickly to place clients in available units. I have no complaints.

Our complex is dying. Too few personnel who are qualified. Cleaning crew is awful. We need a miracle.

They harass tenants with generic templated notices. Recently they'd completed a construction project that lasted close to a year with tenants still living in the apartments. Tenants were constantly left without water, reliable heat, or even a fire escape. Communication between management and tenants is practically non-existent, instead they'll slip notices under your door.

The worst management to work for at their Northgate location & they wonder why they can't keep help. Very sad they do not care about their employees, its all about them the out dated management staff

I was living on a 3rd floor in a brick building in allston with 1 very small window in my shower. They turned a regular apartment into a illegal studio so it was not open like it shouldve been so the air supply was poor. I got really sick and they refused to take responsibility until i had them written up not once but twice. HEADACHE anything related to these people i would not rent or buy. In addition my neighbor passed away in his unit was rotting for 2 months didnt even check on him but had eviction notices at the door. Im the one that smelled him.

Horrible maintenance is Brighton. The whole building needs a facelift.

This place is a joke. We have lived here in one of the properties for about 10 years and they have switched owners multiple times. Maintenance is a total joke these days. They hire the cheapest people they can fix things and Currently as I type this I have water coming throughy bathroom light fixture for the 5th time. It was so bad a few years back they redid the ceiling and floor. And somehow they expect us to think it's just our upstairs neighbors fault. Excuse me no. Poor building maintenance is your own fault. I am going to proceed with whatever further action I can to get out of here. And complain on every single level possible. This place and there other properties are a damn joke.

I'm so happy I don't support this company with my hard earned money anymore. They are the worst. The only time they are concerned is when it involves their pockets. Other wise black mold and spread through your house but if your rent is a day late theyre on you case.

I lived at 1 Gurney street a Maloney Propertie. The building manager refused to give me my mail after i moved out then threw my mail away im in the process of taking her to court. Because of this she is now telling her tenants my friends that i can no longer visit them and i can not be in the building.. Yet hasn't produced any reason why i cant be there. She is harrassing disabled tenants, Tenants should not be threatened to be evicted because they have former neighbors visit!

This place is a corrupt joke. They have no idea how to correctly read basic paperwork and make every process a lot harder than it needs to be. Amy Lawton should be fired for her lack of basic real estate knowledge. ANY PROPERTY OWNER NEEDS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
