I really enjoy the managers Pam and John. They are the best. Very helpful, John will bring you cold water on really hot days. And Pam is fun to talk to.
The facilities are super clean, and the storage lockers are true to size. They have many security measures in place. I have never had a problem at Mount Hermon Storage! You won't be disappointed....

A great place to store your extra stuff. There is no one breathing down your neck, there are many different sizes of storage units, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

It is so nice to deal with true business driven people. They are all very professional. the storage facility and surroundings are very well maintained. It is an All Star storage facility and Management. They have gone out of the way to make it work for me. I am very happy.

These guys seemed super nice. But I called and arranged the for my unit and they had filled out all the paper work when I arrived. I signed and moved into the unit. I had a coupon for the two months half off and it was applied to my first month. I was under the impression I would be charged on the second month the same. But not only was I charged full price but I was charged a late fee because I didn t sign up for auto pay. Because they had filled out the paper work and charged my card I had no idea. They would even deduct the late fee. This place is extremely over priced and the owner David was extremely rude making comments about how my card had been declined over a month ago so why would he run autopay on it. I would never recommend this place. Much better options in Santa Cruz area. It seems nice because it s small and family owned but you don t get the same level of service you do from the bigger places.

The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My first impression was that the business must be organized and well run if the employees were so happy. My transactions with the company have all been problem free. No words to explain how great the ladies in the office are.

The people who run this establishment take pride in their work, they keep the place clean and safe. They are very nice and acomidating. I recommend this storage facility above others in the area!

My storage locker was broken into and thousands of dollars of property was stolen. The door had a large lock on it and it took a long time to break in. While in there the locker was trashed and anything of value was taken. It must have taken a long time to get in and go through everything. Nobody was seen breaking in and there is no evidence of who did it. When management found the break in and called we went immediately to the locker. A lot of irreplaceable items were taken including custom guitars and other stuff. Management is denying any liability and is not paying or replacing anything. If this happened to me it could happen to you. If you have valuables stored at that facility it would be wise to remove them immediately. You can bet the thieves will be back because it was so easy.

Mu dad has aunit here. The security there seems to be great! Which is Im sure is everyone's ones concern

My most precious books were stored there for 6 years. Nothing happened to them.
