These guys seemed super nice. But I called and arranged the for my unit and they had filled out all the paper work when I arrived. I signed and moved into the unit. I had a coupon for the two months half off and it was applied to my first month. I was under the impression I would be charged on the second month the same. But not only was I charged full price but I was charged a late fee because I didn t sign up for auto pay. Because they had filled out the paper work and charged my card I had no idea. They would even deduct the late fee. This place is extremely over priced and the owner David was extremely rude making comments about how my card had been declined over a month ago so why would he run autopay on it. I would never recommend this place. Much better options in Santa Cruz area. It seems nice because it s small and family owned but you don t get the same level of service you do from the bigger places.
