Don't know squat about what a seasoned Master carpenter would know ;) however, common sense tells me they pay strict attention to quality, thorough, and SAFE operations. If you ever pass by one of their job sites, look for a cowboy w/ a hardhat (Hardhat rated ANSI OSHA, High Voltage) and that's me!
