Absolutely Appalling service
Sent me another customers defective item and thought i will not know. pathetic really

It gets very busy sometimes and parking can be difficult when used to other makro stores. Amazing and helpful staff

Great shopping experience... I could spend hours in the store... everything under one roof so to speak. Furthermore I love the fact that they have installed Solar Panels like they did in Woodmead about 2 years ago. I'm starting to sound like a local...Bromming...Hee hee hee

Very nice and safe place. Has alot of nice deals so you can save money. Sometimes very busy on weekends as well as month end but staff work fast to ensure that the people are seen to as quick as possible.

I like this store... They have stock of everything almost always... They get a 4 star simply because after all these years of trading they have not invested heavily in creating more parking

I am only giving a rating of one star as I am unable to give lower rating. I am Disappointed in the customer service which was below average. I do understand that you are under pressure during the festive season, but this does not mean you should treat your customers as if they are nothing... This is your opportunity to give them superb treatment as this would definitely make them want to always shop at makro. We (my parents and I) dealt with Cashier 39 at 13h35 and she was absolutely rude, her tone when speaking to us was unacceptable. Not very helpfull. Sound like they don't know their products. Bought twice cell phone chargers. In the second week it's not working anymore and I paid R200 + took it back to exchange 2nd time paid R300 + same problem.

The queue is very verry bed. To Inter in the store you need to spend 2 hours before you can inter the shop

It's a great place to be, but they need to fix the issue of a shopping card, if you forgot it, there must be an option to insert your ID number to access your profile, instead of sending you to another section to make another card before you purchase.

Terrible experience. Lines were long. Then the cashier's counts 1 item over 10 times...I'm not exaggerating...literally over 10 times

A busy hub where u can get almost anything under one roof .It might cost a few rands more ; but you have to offset this against petrol you would spend driving around .For families that purchase in bulk, I guess its convenient.
