Mega shopping store. Go to for groceries, electronics and clothing I wish they could stock make up products

A white lady in car ND 671 was rude and stole my parking. Guess you could call it white privilege.

It was packed, which is understandable this time of year. But the service was quick. And these plenty parking space.

Very helpful staff buying a printer and very efficient gentleman checking our trolley as we were leaving he discovered 2 items missing from our trolley a big thank you

The staff at the stationary dept were very helpful and friendly.

Great discount shopping, bulk buying, under one roof. Parking can be congested at peak shopping hours.

Friendly staff and always willing to assist and the Store Manager is very helpful and approachable.

No parking and the price quoted was different when I got to the till.

Only problem is the parking.That's still under construction.

A great store but lack of friendly competent staff very evident. Management please take a look into this. More staff is not the answer- just train them

How the hell, in this day and age, finding a store packed with customers, to find a store that does not care about safety. How can you drive a forklift in the store while customers are shopping with kids. The lack of knowledge in this store falls under one of the below categories, A) we don't care B) we don't know safety C) maybe but only when somebody dies from being run over by a forklift. Bye bye Makro!!!! Hello Jumbo's!!!

Convenient store for everything you may want in your home

def need the staff to be around their sections helping people. they all talking amoungst each other

Today I went to return an item.
It took over one hour to wait in the que .
That pathetic and not of makro standards ,
As I have returned items before.
When I asked about the long wait I was told it was due to covid.

As I mentioned earlier I've been to the return department before even with three counters open . The service was faster and more superior.

Totally disappointed as to the many others that joined the line and left with disgust.

Please investigate as to see what went wrong and prove a better way forward

Very busy ,hard to get parking on Saturday and sunday

Its a good place to be, clean and its easy find what you need in store, service is quick and staff members are friendly and helpful.

It was my first time there... I thought they're cool.. frendly packers staff were showing customers where to find certain items. The cashier was so friendly I swap my card with a smile. I'll definately come back for more.

New structure and layout guarantees effortless in and out visit

Large variety of everything in bulks and singles is available here from every Dept. Month ends and black Friday's is the worse idea to visit the store but who can miss discounts? Wheelchair accessible, cards & cash accepted moslty don't forget to make a reward card instore for free to get points for each purchase. Best time to shop is morning's or during the week.

Makro is constantly is a state of chaos due to the number of foot traffic coming and going for their shopping. Even with the rush, the shelves were well stocked which is sometimes an issue at other stores, especially with the items on specials. The staff were trying their best to assist their customers to make it through the ques without waiting to long or with to much problems.

Convienent location .Inexpensive and good quality foods and merchandise.All your shopping in one.Buy in bulk and save.Always in store specials and widey advertised.

Be careful what you buy. Some things are well priced but they make up for it with others.
Parking is currently under construction so it's a nightmare for now although it will undoubtedly be better after completion.

Great place to shop awesome deals on food and liquor as well.

If you want almost everything in bulks, this is the place to go to.

Always check the prices. They are normally wrong. I have to take pictures with my cellphone now so that when I get to the till I can prove it is the wrong Price. Why should I stand in the queue after paying to get a refund for 30 cents. My time is worth more than that. But they are getting away with 1000's of incorrectly marked goods and making huge extra profit. There should be a fine with every wrong price that you are paying for.

If you don't find what you looking for in this store it probably doesn't exist.

Security wise, by the parking area ,is excellent, inside well insane good

Big macro mall but short of baby formula similec advane no1.

Staff just stand about chatting and if You ask for help it's not their department. You need something find it Yourself!

This is one of the cleanest and most well stocked Makro stores.

They have always got good specials and while busy, they always have many till points open.

They recently redid the parking area and added solar panels there. I am happy to see such a big organisation working with the environment.
