My only issue is, yes they continually announce for people to maintain social distancing and to please use masks over mouth AND nose, however they do not enforce the rules/law as saw many people with masks on incorrect and even some 'protecting their chins only'. As for social distancing it pretty well did not exist except at the payout queue. ..

Terrible staff. Wouldn't help. With black Friday promotions as she didn't feel like it. As product are going of the market. Then why advertise it. Why have someone like that promote it or work in that department. So disappointed l. I travelled nearly 70km to get there l. For nothing. Very disappointed.

After spending the previous day getting the run around by Makro's competitors, our visit here was a pleasure. Excellent floor service, no mess, no fuss. Will continue to use Makro for all of our big ticket item purchases. Purchased a Samsung washing machine.

Large store has a great variety of goods, and electronics. But sadly I have to change from 4 star to 1 star, service at the camera counter useless, I guess I will buy the gopro elsware

As Makro's go. It is a good one. Never had any issues there. Just be warned that it is a very busy place on pay weekends. But there till queue is normally very quick because always have enough staff working them.

Normal Mauro store but the mangers and staff are brilliant

Well placed Makro in the Vaal. Staff a bit clueless, but we won't hold it against them for too long. Que system not working at all as it makes navigating to payment points very long and arduous and creates bottlenecks in the front aisle. Large selection of top quality goods, but do your homework beforehand as mentioned, the staff are clueless especially on anything technological. Coffee house with fresh brewed coffee and worsroll stand compliment the outing. Large parking area to accommodate a lot of shoppers.
