my mother following the death of my father asked by mail a birth certificate for a month and a half without response we phoned 3 times to the civil status to claim it.
my mother is in urgent need of her survivor's pension because she does not have a pension and she has to pay for the retirement home every month. This attitude of the civil service is unacceptable and unworthy of a service of a town hall.
In desperation we have written to the Mayor there also without answer !!!
The precariousness of the citizens is often caused by the negligence of the services of this Town Hall.
In the next municipal elections we will remember,
