It is not common that I post negative comments but I confirm that the reception of the Town Hall is not really "welcoming". In 10 calls: music waiting 30s then phone that hangs up suddenly, phone picks up, waiting and patotte ... then it hangs suddenly, a transmission to a service (wait and then hang up). New call after 25 minutes: I allow myself to point out to the receptionist that I have trouble accessing the service (and I'm cool) that does not let me finish my sentence and retransmits my call and finally .. a very nice technical agent take my request. Balance, 30 minutes lost to have an email address or send an CERFA. Suggestion: (1) improve the reception, (2) upgrade to a multiple choice electronic standard to avoid reception, (3) improve the availability of cerfa and mention the email addresses on the website of the town hall ( in my case cadastral matrix request). Nb: this note only applies to the reception.
