Do not shop / sell here anymore, it is no longer the same company as before. The people who sell / buy there are OK or even good, but Tradera as a company has a completely different mentality now. \ N \ nThey send scam invoices and sometimes do not pay out the money they sold for. \ N \ nI will never use trade again. They are today indifferent to the Nigeria letters for me. \ N \ n ==== English ==== \ n \ nI have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers / sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand ..... OMG! \ N \ nOnce the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. \ n \ nIt's definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. \ n \ nBeware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics.

This site is fine when everything goes smoothly however once you get scammed or items are not shipped / do not meet the description then that's when tradera will do nothing to help cause payments are out of their control and BTW police reporting will not help either unless the amount is big enough , happened to me , scammers enjoy your time with no consequences

You don't deserve any star, but I put it up to post here.
I am very, very disappointed, and feel that trading customer service underestimates me, they have the worst service, where they stand with the seller who cheated on me and have the wrong description of their product, so when I complained they ended the dispute against me And said that I have to contact the seller even though they know the seller blocked me,
I bought a product via tradera that does not match the description, then I complained and customer service said I have to stand at the shipment, so I posted the item via ica and when I asked tradera for a refund they said I must have track number and I did not show it before I posted and still don't know what they mean by track number and why they didn't talk about track number when I asked them what I need to do to get my money back, they said it after, so I sent the picture for invoice that I have for when I mailed the item back, and suddenly they ended the dispute, saying that I must contact the seller and I have nothing at tradera.
I have paid almost SEK 400 and do not enjoy anything, the seller takes my money and returns his item.
Is it fair ???
So treat your customers ???
I do not recommend buying or selling with tradera.
I am very sorry and feel bad ....

Perhaps Europe's most unpleasant and worst trade and auction site! Being a customer being fooled is totally ok, says tradera working with sellpy. Sellpy is besides deceiving people for money, a company that requires you to become a member of their site to pay an auction. Disaster. All other options are better!

first time using Tradera, I bid on a bicycle where I did not notice that it is a pick up only option from a place far away from me. I ended up calling customer service to cancel (no way to do it). They told me to ask the seller so I did, he asked me to ask the customer service back. I gave up he gave me a bad review and thats pretty much it. Very disappointing service.
