You don't deserve any star, but I put it up to post here.
I am very, very disappointed, and feel that trading customer service underestimates me, they have the worst service, where they stand with the seller who cheated on me and have the wrong description of their product, so when I complained they ended the dispute against me And said that I have to contact the seller even though they know the seller blocked me,
I bought a product via tradera that does not match the description, then I complained and customer service said I have to stand at the shipment, so I posted the item via ica and when I asked tradera for a refund they said I must have track number and I did not show it before I posted and still don't know what they mean by track number and why they didn't talk about track number when I asked them what I need to do to get my money back, they said it after, so I sent the picture for invoice that I have for when I mailed the item back, and suddenly they ended the dispute, saying that I must contact the seller and I have nothing at tradera.
I have paid almost SEK 400 and do not enjoy anything, the seller takes my money and returns his item.
Is it fair ???
So treat your customers ???
I do not recommend buying or selling with tradera.
I am very sorry and feel bad ....
