Only thing I liked about this place was the maze at the very beginning it was a bit difficult especially for a family of 5. The miniature golf course was fun with the family except for the fact this place was so packed you were either being rushed through holes. Or you were waiting on people. In my opinion the owners/management are telling staff here to pack in as many people as possible I felt like a cow at a slaughterhouse going through small walkways and bumping into random people. Also a little pricey for what was offered.

I liked the main attraction, which is the Magiquest "search" game. One needs patience for sure. The golf, mirrors and laser games are just okay. They could use a new carpet all around, but otherwise the main game was really fun.

My husband and I are both in our 40s and had an amazing time here just the two of us. We spent almost 3 hours here between the actual magic quest, which is like a scavenger hint but with magic wands, the mirror maze, arcade, snacks, and mini golf. Highly recommend this for ages 5- 105!

Neat place for the kiddos and the price for the combo pkg. My wand sucked big time but it was busy enough that I didnt find much help with it. The mini golf and mirror maze were fun and the games were pretty awesome!

Went last year and had so much fun, not just my two boys, but my wife and I as well. We had to go back this year and continue our Quest! So much fun. Next year we're going to spend a whole lot more time here.

My kids loved it. They are 7 and 8 and I helped them do the MagiQuest part. The videos you have to watch are a little dated but a child wouldn't notice that. The carpet is very worn and probably needs replacing but in general, it's very innovative. We also did the mirror maze and it is excellent, especially compared to the Ripley's Mirror Maze in Gatlinburg which is garbage.

I was a little skeptical of going here. My son wanted to go really bad and I thought the price was a little steep but I was very surprised. We had a blast! The quest is really fun and makes you think. It's really good for families to disconnect and just spend time together. You will get your steps in also. Bryce was great and takes him time to explain everything. The whole staff is great and very nice. Very clean and the video game arcade is top notch. No cheap out dated games here. And you don't have to spend a lot to play them. Each one takes about six credits so you can play alot. Cheap food prices also. Really good place for your family.

The whole family had a good time. The MagiQuest part was way too crowded and chaotic. If they limited the number of people somehow it might be more enjoyable. Minigolf and the mirror maze were probably our favorite. We could have passed on the lazer maze.

Honestly, the idea is brilliant, but the execution is lackluster. They shouldn't be charging anywhere near the amount they do. My wand broke midway through the game and they just said "sorry."

Everything was enjoyable. The magic portion of it is good. Give yourself enough time, and don't pay if your kids under 8. They won't really get it. Look for their package special. One of the best deals in PF.

Brought a School group of 55 who were pumped to get their own wands. Got there and found out they were totally out of wands. What? We called our -almost $500.00 reservation in months back. Better inventory control is needed in my opinion.also, we have been here before and we re greeted at the doors and given wristbands for our students. Today, we basically had to wing it and explain everything to our parent chaperones. No one seemed to be interested in our arrival! Parents were lined up for too long trying to pay and we were told we had to jump in front and pay for all the kids first. We were not trying to get out of paying our almost $500.00 bill! Then we got the news that kids couldn t buy their own souvenir wands bc MagiQuest was out of them. This was a $$$ loss for your facility as many of our children had money in hand. Sadly, this was not as much of a pleasant beginning as we experienced last year with an even bigger $$$ group.

I took my two sons, 9 and 4. I am 32 and we all all loved the experience. Once the quest began I found myself eagerly looking to decipher the clues for each quest and collecting coins. Each quest feels different enough that it is not repetitive and keeping the wand after it is over is a nice keepsake.

My husband and I are in our mid 20s and we spent 5 hours here! This is seriously one of Pigeon Forge's best attractions! And extremely fair priced! Can't wait to come back with our children in the future!

Great attraction!

Great attraction!
I was skeptical at first by my nephew insisted on visiting this place. WOW, I was wrong! This place was awesome! We spent several hours there and had a blast.
MIRROR MAZE: Hands down the best mirror maze I've been in. They provide each guest with gloves to prevent finger prints on the glass (GREAT IDEA).
LASER ROOM (THE VAULT): This was a little disappointing for me but my nephew loved it. It consist of a small dark room where green lasers are projected from the walls. The goal is the get to the other side of the room in the quickest time (each guest is timed). The down side: the waiting room is in the lobby which is extremely bright. When you enter The Vault, it takes a minute for your eyes to adjust to the darkness.
BLACK LIGHT GOLF: Wonderful graphics and layout. There are 18 holes and they increase in difficulty as you move up but not too difficult for children. This was my 9 year old nephews first time playing putt putt and he got his first hole in one! I noticed a few things with the golf: They did not give you a score card to take score. The room was very humid and slightly warm. When we made it to the right side of the room, I noticed sever water damage to the exterior wall. The wall was literally crumbling apart. I find this troubling as this could be a mold hazard (though I didn't notice any weird smells). Overall, it was fun but some improvement is needed.
MAGIQUEST (upstairs): This is the main attraction and takes up most of the building. We began in a 'training room' where a young girl rushed through a tutorial that I found confusing. They gave us a small booklet with many pages. At first, I was very overwhelmed by the rules and directions however, once we started playing, it all made sense. The object is to find clues or objects to 'level up'. Each level increases in difficulty. After playing for an hour, we made it through about 4 levels but were stuck. As we were leaving, we asked 'where is the last chest'. The employee said "oh, you have to find a hidden key then enter a hidden room". WHAT?!? A HIDDEN ROOM?!?! With this new information, we played again, we had to find the hidden room :) We played for another hour and had a blast the entire time.

Overall, this place is great! I highly recommend for kids and adults. The staff was friendly and helped out when needed.

It was very fun. Good for both kids and adults, but can be somewhat difficult. About $11 for one hour with one person with a loaner wand, so somewhat expensive. I thought it was worth it.

This was my eight year old daughter's favorite place to visit on our whole trip. She begged to go back every single day (we did make multiple visits). This place has seriously great employees. Everyone we interacted with was so fantastic.

Not just for children! It's very entertaining for all age groups! Will definitely come back! I suggest buying the bundle pack for the magiquest, laser made, mirror maze and miniature golf!

Fun went twice with my family while we were on vacation. Only thing I might change is when we walk in and started looking at wands we had no idea what we were doing and no one asked if we needed help.
